“The customer response for our motorhomes was amazing,” says Joel Grimm, national sales manager for gas motorhomes at Thor Motor Coach. “We had people in the Thor Motor Coach display from the time the show opened until it closed.”
According to Thor, its new HD-MAX exterior package was its most popular addition at the show. HD-MAX exteriors are available on Thor Motor Coach’s A.C.E., Hurricane, & Windsport Class A motorhomes, Four Winds and Chateau Class C motorhomes, along with the Siesta and Citation Class B Plus motorhomes.
The redesigned Hurricane and Windsport Class A motorhomes made its public debut at Hershey. The all new 34E rear bath-and-a-half floorplan led the way in sales for those respective brands.
Thor Motor Coach’s best selling A.C.E. brand of Class A motorhomes also saw record sales, while the Palazzo line of compact diesel pusher motorhomes attracted buyers. As well, Thor says the Tuscany and Tuscany XTE luxury diesel pushers were a hit with show attendees.
Also on display from Thor Motor Coach was the new 31L Four Winds and Chateau Class C motorhomes with more interior living space than most Class A motorhomes. The new 29TB, triple slide, Siesta and Citation Class B Plus motorhomes had completely new interiors with upgrade features including optional leveling jacks, Firestone ride-rite air suspension, and HD-MAX exteriors.
