Airstream Pendleton Limited Edition Awning

Airstream and Pendleton Woolen Mills are teaming up to build 100 limited edition trailers to celebrate 100 years of the National Park Service.

“Airstream will donate $1,000 to the National Park Foundation for each Pendleton sold, our way of continuing to honor our nation’s most sacred lands,” says Airstream. “Each is individually numbered with a commemorative badge. A one-year America the Beautiful – The National Parks and Federal Recreation Land Pass is also yours, to freely enjoy these majestic spaces and historic monuments in search of adventure.”

Gemini-Motorhome

Thor Motor Coach motorhomes are getting ready for an RV show near you.

WinnVision

Winnebago is taking the on-line experience for RV consumers to the next level with WinnVision. WinnVision is a virtual reality imaging and display technology that, according to Winnebago, gives RV buyers access to navigable on-line tours of its products.

“For the past decade you’ve seen the automotive industry use VR in displaying car interiors, but WinnVision goes beyond a 360-degree image from one position,” says Chad Reece, director of marketing at Winnebago. “This new technology seamlessly walks you through our products from front to back so you see a coach from all perspectives.”

Winnebago Logo

Winnebago has purchased motorhome production facilities and equipment in Junction City, Ore. In total, the investment to support this expansion is estimated to be between $15-20 million, including land, buildings, necessary modifications, production equipment and technology infrastructure.

Aliner Logo

Columbia Northwest, Inc. plans to introduce several new folding trailers for its Somerset line.

For 2016, the Aliner factory is introducing a new line of folding trailers with a narrow body, low-profile, light weight design. The 11-foot box Chesapeake sleeps six people and is the lightest hard top folding trailer in the industry for its size. With a closed height of 47 inches and a 125-pound tongue weight, this trailer can be hauled by a variety of smaller tow vehicles.

Thor Gemini

Thor Motor Coach unveiled its new Gemini RUV motorhome back in September. It is the first Ford Transit equipped motorhome in North America.

While we saw a few pictures when it was introduced, TMC has produced an extensive video that covers the new Gemini inside and out. If you have any interest in compact motorhomes, this 26-minute video is worth checking out.

Lance Trailer

Lance plans to showcase new models and introduce a variety of new tools for its dealers to utilize in 2016 at the upcoming RVIA show in Louisville, Ky.

“Great product that creates strong consumer demand will always be the key to success. We are not planning on resting on our laurels,” says Gary Conley, national sales manager. “In addition to our all new 650 Truck Camper, designed for half ton short bed trucks, we will be introducing two all new ultra-light travel trailer models. The 1475 is an ultra-lightweight trailer designed for two people and focused around two matching full size swivel rocker chairs and a dry bath featuring full size neo-angle shower. The 2155 is Lance’s first double slide travel trailer, featuring a very inviting island floor-plan.”

Venetian T42 Overhead Interior

Thor Motor Coach will show off a third floorplan to its Venetian motorhome lineup at the RVIA National Trade Show in Louisville, Ky.

“The new T42 model provides a bigger platform for those consumers looking for the best combination of style, luxury and living space,” Thor Motor Coach says in a release.
