Combing through a list of the best Class A motorhomes is an exercise in luxury. These are the best of the best when it comes to RV living.

You’ve no doubt heard the expression, “go big, or go home.” When it comes to motorhomes, those in the Class A category go big and are home – a home on wheels, that is. Class A motorhomes are the largest category of motorized RVs on the market. Often built on a motorcoach, large truck or custom frame, they are often similar in size to commercial buses. Inside, however, they are as different from a bus as could be. Most are well appointed with luxurious furnishings. These are not the cheapest form of RV living, but when you want to travel in style, Class A gets top marks. Here are five of the best Class A motorhomes available for 2018.

Best Toy Haulers of 2018

Whether you like to travel with your motorcycle or go off-roading with your ATV, a model from our list of five of the best toy haulers will fit your needs.

At a recent local RV show, I was walking through a toy hauler and there was a guy inside who was analyzing every aspect of the RV. He was taking measurements, inspecting tie-down points, checking storage and more. While the sales people worked at getting him a quote, I asked him what he was looking for in a toy hauler. It turns out he is a collector of vintage Harley Davidson motorcycles and he likes to travel around the country to ride them and show them off at bike shows. The bikes are too valuable to ride across the country, and he was looking for a very specific toy hauler RV. With the popularity of toy haulers up, there are now plenty of options to choose from, making 2018 a great year to select a new RV for the motorcycle guy and for you, too. Here are five of the best toy haulers for 2018 worthy of a look and what makes them so special.

Best Expandable Trailers

Expandable trailers have several different names – expandable, pop-up, tent camper – but they are all basically the same thing. These RVs are a lightweight trailer camper that folds down for a lower profile and easy hauling. They not only work great for folks with smaller vehicles that can’t tow a huge fifth-wheel or large trailer, but also for those folks who want to enjoy camping without the expense of those other large RVs. These types of campers prove that you don’t have to spend a lot of money to get out and enjoy RVing. Here are five of the best expandable trailers you can get for under $10,000.

Best Class C Motorhomes

For most of us, the classic shape of a motorhome is the Class C. These vacation masters are built on a heavy truck or van frame and have the distinctive bunk over the cab. They tend to be a bit smaller than the Class A motorhomes, but offer no less luxury. They often prove to be better handling machines for those unfamiliar with driving a motorhome and are the choice for RV rental businesses. These mighty machines hold their value well and open a whole new door to adventure and relaxation. Here are five of the best Class C Motorhomes you can find for under $100,000.

Wildcat Wide Body

The Wildcat division of Elkhart, Ind.,based Forest River, Inc., is expanding its product offering with the introduction of a wide body series of fifth wheels targeting the mid-priced market segment.

“The extra width of the WB Series is going to open up numerous floorplan possibilities,” according to Chris Saal, Wildcat Sales Manager. “Our very first model, the 30WB, is a perfect example of what we can do with these critical inches. Extra walk-around space beside the bed, an innovative bathroom layout, and a full sized bed lift system would not be possible in a conventional eight foot wide unit,” he said.

Forest River has unveiled its completely redesigned Wildcat fifth wheel. Forest River says it is targeting the high-volume, mid-price fifth wheel segment with the new Wildcat.
