CrossRoads Cruiser AireCrossRoads RV has announced a new initiative for the company – the Dealer Support Crew (DSC). According to CrossRoads, the DSC marks the “next evolution in CrossRoads’ continuing commitment [to] creating the best dealer relationships in the industry.”

The DSC team is focused on dramatically enhancing the relationship between CrossRoads and its dealers. The goal is more “touches” with CrossRoads dealers – and not just from the typical industry sales perspective. The DSC team will be visiting with dealers, at their locations, to assist with all aspects of business between the dealer and CrossRoads. These aspects will include, but are not limited to: Customer Service, Parts Support, Product Training, and Delivery Follow-up.

CrossRoads RV LogoCrossRoads RV has announced that is rolling out a new service and support program called the 12-Point Promise Program, effective immediately.

“We took a look at our current warranty process from the point of view of the dealer and the retail owner. We realized it could be improved. So we did,” says Don Emahiser, CrossRoads RV president. “The result is a genuine warranty package which allows CrossRoads dealers to provide worldclass service to their customers.”

CrossRoads Cruiser Aire Fifth WheelWith an eye on expanding ultra lightweight offerings, CrossRoads RV has unveiled its new Cruiser Aire fifth wheel. This is the first time CrossRoads has offered an untra lightweight RV as a fifth wheel.

Previously available only as a travel trailer, the Cruiser Aire fifth wheel is available in three floor plans with two additional floor plans to come. The Cruiser Aire line is designed for use with a ½ ton truck and weighs in at less than 7,000 lbs. In the fifth wheels, dual slides expand the interior space, and the kitchens feature both an island and 8-cubic-foot refrigerator.

CrossRoads RV continues to aggressively expand its lineup with the new Elevation Toy Hauler.

According to CrossRoads RV, the Elevation is a full-featured toy hauler; offering two travel trailers and three fifth wheel floor plans with more to follow. It has been designed specifically for the ½ ton and ¾ ton market.

“The Eelevation has been a project driven by passion,” says Matt Thompson, general manager for the CrossRoads RV toy hauler division. “Nearly everyone involved are riders of some sort from our President Don Emahiser, Product Champion (Kevin Combs), V.P. of Operations Dan Kreider, Production Manager Mike Cline and yes even me! I would like to thank Travis Pastrana , Kurt Nicoll and the rest of the Nitro Circus team for being so instrumental in the Elevation’s birth. Where else can you find a full profile, 35-foot long, triple slide, bath and a half with a 10’ garage, just over 9,500 lbs? Elevation the name says it all…we’re taking toy haulers to new heights!”

CrossRoads RV has added the new Cruiser Aire to its current product offering. The Cruiser Aire comes in five travel trailer and four fifth wheel models designed for easy towing.

Models range from 24 to 32 feet in length, have full depth slide-outs and weigh 4,500 -7,000 lbs. According to CrossRoads RV, pricing for the Cruiser Aire starts around $23,900. CrossRoads RV says these aluminum-framed units are equipped with many standard features that other RV manufacturers offer only as options:

CrossRoads RV will be unveiling its new Sunset Trail fifth wheel with innovative front cap slide-out system at the RVIA Show in Louisville, Ky. Nov. 29 – Dec. 1, 2011.

The Sunset Trail’s length starts at 25 feet and up, have full depth slide-outs and they start around 7,500 lbs. true weight. Standard features include:

CrossRoads RV, an Indiana-based manufacturer of travel trailers and fifth wheels, says it has made significant market share gains in both the U.S. and Canada.

According to Statistical Surveys through August 2011, CrossRoads RV has recorded 20 percent market share growth in the U.S. while the market is up 5 percent. In the Canadian market CrossRoads RV posted 27 percent market share growth in a flat market.

CrossRoads RV has unveiled its latest creation – the Z-1 travel trailer.

The new Z-1 models range in length from 19 to 32 feet, have full depth slide-outs and they start around 4000 lbs. The Z-1 starting MSRP is around $13,000. According to CrossRoads RV, these entry level units are equipped with many standard features that other RV manufacturers offer only as options. Standard features include:

CrossRoads Rushmore Fifth WheelCrossRoads RV has introduced Rushmore, calling it the industry’s “newest and highest valued affordable luxury fifth wheel.”
