Keystone Montana

The first quarter of 2015 was a good one for Keystone RV Company’s Montana brand, which set a new retail record with unit sales up 19%, according to Statistical Survey’s Inc. of Grand Rapids, Mich.

“For a brand that has been the top retailing luxury fifth wheel for the past 14 years, it is very impressive to achieve such significant growth,” says Jeff Runels, Keystone vice president of sales. “It is a testament to the effort our product and sales teams have put in to taking Montana products to the next level. Our dealers in turn have responded and have championed Montana products at shows and on their lots, we are grateful.

Winnebago Travato

Winnebago Industries, Inc. has surged to become the top manufacturer in Class B van retail sales for the year, according to information released by Statistical Surveys Inc. (SSI).

Through April 2015 year-to-date results released by SSI, Winnebago’s Class B touring coaches are the leaders in the category with a 30.6 percent market share.

Thor Motor Coach

More retail customers in the United States and North America bought a Thor Motor Coach than any other motorhome brand in 2013, according to data collected by Statistical Surveys. In fact, the report says that Thor Motor Coach’s motorhomes made up more than 23% of the US marketplace in 2013.

Prime Time Avenger

Prime Time Manufacturing saw huge gains in retail sales and market share for 2013, the young company’s fourth year building towable recreational vehicles.

Final 2013 numbers from Statistical Surveys show that Prime Time’s travel trailer brands increased total retail sales by 47% and Prime Time’s fifth wheel brands increased total retail sales by 62%. Prime Time also says its market share increased by more than 30% for 2013.

2014 Winnebago Trend

Winnebago, according to Statistical Surveys, Inc., was the top selling motorhome brand for 2013. Statistical Surveys, Inc. is a retail reporting service based out of Grand Rapids, Mich.

“We are very proud of the continued success of Winnebago in the marketplace and we continue to develop innovative, quality products to promote this iconic American brand,” says Winnebago Industries Vice President of Sales and Product Management Scott Degnan. “We have launched a great motorhome lineup this year, with several brand new, innovative products just entering the marketplace. We believe our new Trend, Viva!, Forza, Solei, and Travato now entering the market will bring us additional incremental growth in the coming year.

Winnebago AdventurerAccording to a study done by Statistical Surveys, Inc., Winnebago is the largest motorhome manufacturer in the United States. In fact, the retail reporting service noted that Winnebago sold the most units and experienced the largest volume of growth in motorhome retail registrations in 2012.

In the U.S. motorhome retail registration report issued for December of 2012, Winnebago Industries was listed as the top selling manufacturer for Class A and Class C motorhomes in calendar 2012, with market share of 20.6% compared to 19.0% for calendar 2011. Winnebago Industries’ volume growth was 16.1% above retail registrations during calendar 2011 compared to industry growth of 7.3%.
