The 2018 Keystone Sprinter 334FWFLS is a front-living fifth wheel in the mid-profile price range.

Of the 14 floorplans available, we’re exploring the Sprinter 334FWFLS.
It weighs 10,240 lbs,  measures 37’4” long, 12’6” high, and has 100” wide-body construction. The fresh water tank has a capacity of 81 gallons, the gray water tank can hold 68 gallons, and the waste water tank can carry 34 gallons.

A mirror above the hitch takes some of the guesswork out of reversing while making lining everything up with your tow vehicle up much easier. Four-point auto-leveling landing gear makes campsite set-up a breeze.

For your outdoor living area, there’s an electric awning with manual override, LED lighting and outdoor speakers. Other exterior features include a rear-mounted ladder to get up onto the walkable roof, and an outdoor shower with hot/cold water. Two 30-pound propane tanks with auto changeover means you’re well stocked for colder months without having to worry about running out. The Sprinter is prepped for a back-up camera if you’d like to add one.

Inside the Sprinter 334FWFLS, there’s a fantastic 96” of wide-body living space and the slide rooms offer 6’3” of height.

Dual slides in the front-end living space make it extra spacious, and the 55” television means everyone in the living room gets a great view. The wide-body chassis allows room in the living area for two tri-fold sofa beds, so it’s very comfortable for both sitting and sleeping. Above each sofa bed is a nice wide window that allows in loads of natural light and great cross-ventilation.  Directly across from the television, double theater-style seating reclines, and has cup holders for each of the lucky people who claim these seats for movie or game night. A ledge behind these seats – the top of cupboards in the kitchen – makes it easy to pass food and drinks up to the living area.

The air conditioning vent right above the living area keeps things cool on hot summer nights.

Stepping down into the kitchen area, the solid surface countertop and sink cover offer a decent amount of work space, and the industrial pull-down highrise faucet – new in the 2018 model – also swings out of the way.  They’ve also added a nice big stainless steel sink this year, which easily fits larger pots and pans.  A three-burner gas cooktop and 21” oven are part of a different countertop area, which also has a bit of space for working, or perhaps for a small appliance like a coffee maker.  Above the cooktop, there’s a lighted range hood with exhaust fan and a stainless steel microwave. Right next to the cooktop area is an eight-cubic-foot refrigerator with separate freezer compartment.

In the kitchen area, there’s a great bar-height solid-surface table with bench seating on one side and three bar stools opposite so there’s plenty of room for guests. Behind the bench seating, there is an oversized window which really opens up the space, lets in loads of natural light, and gives you a great view of what’s going on outside.

Stepping into the bathroom from the hallway, there’s a porcelain foot-flush toilet. A stainless steel vanity sink is an upgrade from last year’s model.  There’s plenty of storage space under the sink, as well as in the mirrored medicine cabinet above. The glass doors on the radius shower are on tracks and slide around into the side of the shower so they’re not opening up and dripping water onto the floor. A big skylight above the shower lets in natural light, and there’s also an air conditioner duct and vent to clear out moisture. In addition to a door from the hallway, a sliding door leads directly into the bedroom.

The queen-size bed is on struts to lift it up to accessing the storage space underneath couldn’t be easier.  A window on each side of the bed gives a nice cross-breeze when sleeping. Two other large windows in the bedroom offer great views of your campsite.  There is also handy cabinet space and television hook-up. A second air conditioning unit exclusively cools the bedroom for sleeping comfort.
