Whether you’re flying on the freeway or nesting on the couch, the 2014 Sunnybrook Raven is designed to make you feel at home.

The Sunnybrook Raven comes in two floorplans. The 3300CK has a Queen-size bed while the 3600RK gives you the option between a Queen and a King. We’ll be exploring the 3300CK because we prefer its layout. It has an exterior length of 34’10”, and exterior height of 12’4”, an exterior width of 8’, and an interior height of 8’5”. The Raven’s dry weight is 10,060 lbs., its hitch weight is 2,200 lbs. and its gross vehicle weight rating is 15,000 lbs. It has a carrying capacity of 4,940 lbs. For liquids, the 3300CK has a freshwater capacity of 60 gallons, a black water capacity of 44 gallons and a gray water capacity of 80 gallons.

The Raven looks good on the road and parked on a campsite. Leading the way, the custom color front cap is aerodynamic and made of fiberglass. The Luxury Package offers high-end graphics and powered awning. With radius tinted safety glass windows, the Raven keeps your private affairs inside. Its 5” fabricated rafters are on a 16” center. It is equipped with power front jacks and quick release pins for its front jacks. The Convenience Package features black tank flush, stabilizer jacks, R-14 roof insulation, and R-14 floor insulation. The Raven 3300CK is built on a 10” I-beam frame and its color-coded water lines come with brass fittings. Since you’ll be spending most of your time outdoors, the Raven is also equipped with an exterior docking station, docking lights and exterior stereo speakers.

When you walk up the triple entry step and open the main entry door you’ll find yourself in a warm interior, reminiscent of a cozy country home. A Shaw premium grade carpet covers the floors and glazed cherry wood covers the walls. The Luxury Package offers two Deluxe swivel chairs in the living area, Bellagio shades and a Hide-a-Bed sofa, equipped with an air comfort mattress and a sliding drawer. Under the Luxury Package the entertainment centre features an AM/FM/CD/DVD home theatre system and a 32” LCD flat screen television. If you want a classic cottage vibe, then request a fireplace, which requires 50amp. Built for lazy couch potatoes, the Raven’s living area will be the relaxation room after a fun – but tiring – day of outdoor play.

Outdoor adventures inevitably lead to hunger. Instead of driving to the closest fast food restaurant, walk into the closest room of the house, the kitchen. Located centrally, Raven’s residential kitchen has the space and appliances to prepare delicious home-cooked meals. With a small kitchen island, equipped with a large sink and ample counter space, cooking is comfortable and ingredients are easy to find. The high-rise faucet is great for washing dishes without leaving a mess on the counter. Large galley cabinets are great for storing cereals, condiments and canned goods. The power range hood comes with a light and the 22” oven comes with an igniter. All lights and faucets are oil rubbed bronze. Leftovers can be stored in the 8 cu. ft. refrigerator with electronic controls. If you want to dine in style, then request a booth dinette or a freestanding dinette with four chairs and storage.

Sunnybrook did not neglect the bathroom when they made the 2014 Raven 3300CK. The 34” by 34” neo-angle shower comes with a glass shower door. The porcelain foot-flush toilet features high-pressure rim wash. For added convenience the bathroom is equipped with towel bars and a power vent. The medicine cabinet is spacious and comes with a large mirror.

Located at the far end of the Raven, separated from all other rooms, lies the Master Suite. Equipped with a Queen bed and a Premium pillow top mattress, the bedroom is a great place for alone time and of course, to recharge for adventures that lie ahead. If you take your back seriously, you can even request a Memory Foam Premium mattress. You won’t run out of storage space in the Raven because the bedroom houses a large wardrobe, two closets and a dresser. If you like watching TV before heading to sleep, then request a 24” LCD flat screen television in the bedroom.

The 2014 Sunnybrook Raven 3300CK sells for around $42,000. For more information visit: http://www.sunnybrookrv.com/.
