thinking about getting a used travel trailer with a slide out. Do they leak when over 5 years? Specifically looking at Fleetwood pioneer around 21-24ft range. Anyone with big WARNINGS of what make to avoid. My only requirement is a real mattress (no foldup bedding) dining area AND couch. And sunshine.... gotta have some windows, don't need a tub nor a cave!No 5th wheels. We have a 1/2ton Toy Tundra with 350ish HP. Thanks from the camper owner novice.

I've looked around and asked a number of people, what kind of fuel mileage can I expect with the 23TB or the 23TX. Can you help me? Thanks

Good comments. People overlook these things especially when they are stored for the winter.
