2010 Forest River r.pod - RP-151 Review
Budget-minded travel trailer a perfect fit for two
From a simplicity point-of-view the utility-minded Forest River r.pod fulfills its mandate. It has everything you need, but nothing extra. Inside the r.pod is efficient and complete, offering everything two people need for a weekend or even a week. An interesting note from a towing point of view is that the trailer is only 6.5 feet wide, meaning no special mirrors are needed and vehicles with even Class II hitches can handle it.Latest Articles Recent RV Reviews
2009 Gulf Stream Conquest Super Nova Review
The best thing about the Super Nova is that it’s built on a “real” truck that inspires confidence on the road and is a pleasure to drive.2009 Fleetwood Icon Review
The Icon is part of a new breed of North American motorhome that flies in the face of traditional American RV design. It takes most of its design cues from European motorhomes that are compact and space efficient by necessity; being built on a continent where the transportation infrastructure is best suited to walking.
2009 DRV Luxury Suites Mobile Suites Review
DRV fifth wheels are anything but cheap. Of course, the word cheap refers to far more than just price. DRV uses top-notch materials, construction and fixtures, which is very appealing for full-time RVers.
2009 Roadtrek RS-Adventurous Review
When we went for the test of the Roadtrek Class B motorhome a light snow was falling, the mercury was down around 15F and the winds were gusting more than 35mph. As the day wore on, it occurred to us that this poor weather drive frankly offered the best test conditions I could have hoped for.
2009 Open Range 385 RLS Review
A hot July day found us in the Open Range 385 RLS. The test trailer we picked up was a fifth-wheel floorplan with four slides including one extra deep one containing a large flat-screen TV, entertainment center and optional electric fireplace. As the name implies, this unit has a very comfortable 385 square feet of floor space.
2009 Forest River Cedar Creek Silverback Review
The Silverback name has been found on fifth wheels from Cedar Creek for a number of years now. And while 2009 could have been just a re-issue of the same-old, that’s not the case. Change has come to even this old timer.
2009 Keystone Sprinter Review
The reason I chose to test the Sprinter 242RKS was because the layout in this single-slide 28-foot trailer made very good use of its space. And because the first feature I noticed as I entered was a centrally placed entertainment cabinet that divided the floor space.
2008 Fleetwood Americana Cheyenne Review
The Fleetwood Americana Cheyenna trailer has a 40-year pedigree – a fact that should be important to potential buyers, many of whom will be purchasing their first RV ever.
2008 Winnebago Sightseer 29R Review
One of the things that has made the Sightseer a long-term seller for Winnebago is its ability to look like it's bigger and better than it is. The interior material and color schemes are nicely co-coordinated and the unit features all the amenities that any buyer would expect in this price range or higher.
2008 Keystone VR1 Review
Many RV innovations are hard to notice as they are hidden within the normal outlines of a travel trailer, not so with the VR1, its pointed prow mimics the design of a ship – not something that you see everyday – and supposedly it plows through the air the way a boat slices through water.
2008 Sunnybrook Bristol Bay Review
It’s nice to see that Sunnybrook has offered as much attention to the Bristol Bay as it does to its fifth-wheels. One of the key features are opposing slides, which help create a room nearly 15 feet across.
2008 Jayco Seneca Review
When we walked into the Seneca we were struck by the upscale look of the unit - opposing slideouts open this 35-foot unit up into a very large comfortable salon and kitchen space. Despite the Seneca's size, you get excellent visibility from the driver's seat and the new 6.6 L Duramax diesel engine offers impressive fuel economy.
2007 CrossRoads Sunset Trail Review
For the money and the ease of towing, the lightweight Sunset Trail has done a good job of meeting the needs of the family.
2007 Winnebago View Review
We enjoyed the View, found it drove easily and with a few exceptions thought the design was one of the better ones we’ve seen. Built on a Dodge Sprinter chassis and featuring a 2.7L diesel engine, the View is economical on gas and fairly easy to handle.
2006 Alfa See Ya! Review
The Alfa See Ya! diesel pusher is different. And, while in some circles being labeled different is cause for exclusion among motorhomes it’s a term to be sought after.
2005 Keystone Zeppelin Review
The 2005 Zeppelin ZP291 is aimed at large families. It will sleep nine and it does resemble a bunkhouse with all the beds open, but for a large family it’s ideal. A 30,000 BTU furnace might not be enough for a cold winter, but the Zeppelin is certainly capable of a three-season year.
2004 Gulf Stream Conquest B Touring Cruiser Review
Gulf Stream’s Conquest B Touring Cruiser is easy to drive and a great choice if you have to log a lot of miles. Storage, however, is limited so it may not be the perfect motorhome to use as a winter home in Florida.
2004 Airstream Land Yacht Review
The Airstream trailer has had a unique heritage and distinct contribution to the RV Lifestyle. That’s a given – and in some ways the brand name tends to convey certain expectations. But, that’s the trailer; what about the motorhome?Ads by Google

RV Brand is very nice. fifth wheel RVs in the U.S. Our phenomenal growth and success has given us the financial strength to pursue the acquisition of Fleetwood?s legendary trademarks. This blog is great. jacksmith thanks .................................. camper trailer
He must have an MBA. I've seen MBA's who couldn't pour piss out of a boot and that is kind of like running a RV company and not doing any camping to understand your customers.
Those numbers look depressing but at least things are looking up. Might take a while at this rate to get back to 300k but it's a start.
