It measures 10’ 8 “ tall, 26’ 9” long, and 96“ wide. The fresh water tank has a capacity of 38 gallons, the waste water tank can hold 32 gallons, and the gray water tank has also has a capacity of 32 gallons. The hot water tank holds 6 gallons.

The electric front power jack with LED light allows easy hook-up even at night, while the one-piece seamless roof and walk-on roof decking can be accessed with an optional rear ladder. Pass-through storage at the front of the trailer is LED-lit so it’s easy find what you need any time of day.

At 18’ long, the lighted power awning covers the entire trailer from the entry door back, really giving you loads of outdoor living space. Lighted outdoor speakers and solar prep make it even easier for you to be off the grid for your adventures.

Stepping inside, the trailer has a nice open, airy-feeling layout. The Armstrong Tough Guard flooring is durable vinyl that is stain, tear, and moisture resistant and it also comes with a three-year cold crack warranty.

At the front of the trailer and immediately on the right as you step in, the walk-around queen-size bed has a wardrobe with hanging rod on each side, as well as a nightstand and outlets. There’s also a storage shelf above the bed. The bed lifts up on gas-struts so you have nearly effortless access to the roomy storage space underneath. If you prefer, there’s also an optional Murphy bed.

In the kitchen area, there are seamless countertops with a generously sized undermount acrylic double sink and a high-rise residential stainless steel faucet. Appliances include a 6.3-cubic-foot gas/electric refrigerator (or optional 10-cubic-foot refrigerator), three-burner cooktop (and optional oven), range hood with light and fan, and a microwave oven with turntable. You’ll also find overhead cabinet storage as well as a full-height pantry with adjustable shelf heights so you can make the most out of your storage space.

Just past the kitchen area, the bathroom is at the back of the trailer. It has a shower with surround and built-in shelving, foot-flush toilet, and a corner sink with a mirrored medicine cabinet.

The cargo area is beside the bathroom. When the toys are unloaded, the space converts into a living area with a jackknife sofa with center console and bolster arms, and a freestanding table that stores against the wall when it’s not needed. An optional retractable screen wall extends your living space outdoors without allowing the pests inside.

A window in the cargo area has an opaque shade that can be fastened over it to both protect the window when loading and unloading, as well as to hide your toys from outside eyes. On the outside of the bathroom’s back wall, KZ-RV used the space for storage shelves with netting, and there’s also an area for an optional exterior television.
