Crusier RV Model 2012 Viewfinder Model 27 RBSS
By Ken Ingalls (I am an Owner) on Jun 17, 2017Looks can be deceiving on this travel trailer and I would not recommend this camper to anyone. We love this floor plan but the quality is poor. We have owned this camper for 5 years. Front nose paint began to peel right off the lot and it was repainted under warranty. Front nose peeled again and the ... dealership that sold us this camper said the only way to correct this problem is to repaint the nose and have it clear coated for $2,400 (Geez). We have had the following repair problems since we have owned this camper: Awning motor failure, minor delamination (regular maint.), tounge jack failure, water valve failure on dometic toilet, water pump failure, 1st AC inadequate, awning deteriorated rapidly, and allot of interior little things. This camper has been a money pit for as long as we have owned it and in my opinion Cruiser RV doesn't care about customer satisfaction only sales and pushing volume.Rating breakdown

Poor Quality
By Robert Platts (I am an Owner) on Jul 21, 2013I have quite a list of thing and reasons I will never buy another Cruiser RV.1 The front end is already faded from the sun and will not buff out.2 The bathroom sink pea-trap was never glued in and water leaked out and we had to replace the bath sink and most of the bath woodwork.3 The outside shower ... leaked from day one and was returned to the dealer twice to be repaired, it continued to leak so I finally plugged it off. 4 The side trim came loose and was replaced by a dealer in AZ. They decided rivets would work best, well you can imagine how that looked 5 The piston on the outside kitchen door has come loose on the door 3 times and now they say the solution is drill holes and put stainless bolts through it. Great solution EH. Unfortunately it appears it is my only solution because it is out of warranty. 6 The fresh water drain is just behind the step side of the trailer behind the tires. How convenient is that for a senior citizen? I could go on and on about my dissatisfaction but I won't bore you with more. I will never buy another Cruiser RV product again.Rating breakdown

Color fade front cap
By Ed prater (I am an Owner) on May 18, 2013We own a 2012 viewfinder 27rbss in twelve months time the front cap that should be gay has bleached white. The rv has been wax 3 times and it does it no good. Cruiser would not fix it or have their cap manufacturer stand behind their work. Sad day when co,o won't last more than 12months. The rv we like ... just not the front cap I probably will not buy another cruiser product because I am not going to trust their front caps not bleaching white. Will keep it that way so everyone can see how bad it is.Rating breakdown

JUNK
By Carl Jones (I am an Owner) on Apr 11, 2013I owned one for 18 months. One of the biggest mistakes I ever made. This thing was in the shop more than the camp ground....LITTERALY !!! I traded it off and was ashamed of myself for the next owner. But I had to do something. I would not have it back for half the money. The wiring and plumming ... is terrible. What is worse, this stuff has an effect on all the appliances also. The 'fridge broke 3 times, the water heater twice, as well as the slide, tv, lights, and numerous small things.Rating breakdown
