Ah-mazing!
By Pamela Martin (I am an Owner) on Mar 14, 2015We love our high end trailer. We love that we didnt pay for cardboard walls and trim. We love the finishes, and that neighbors mouths hang open when the come in our little palace. Was it worth it to be a seasonal in a high end trailer? Absolutely! Really only one or two changes need to be made. ... The gutter needs to extend PAST the slide so no water leaks in thru the top of the slide, and they need to use flat screws in the heat grates on the floor...round ones hurt your feet. I recommend if you have the money to do so, purchase this model, you wont regret it.Rating breakdown

2013 Cruiser RV Enterra 314RES
By John Diamond (I am an Owner) on May 28, 2013First off, I would like to state that it is not my intention to dissuade anyone from buying a Cruiser RV, 2013 Enterra E314RES. I am simply presenting my experiences with the 2013 Cruiser RV Enterra E314RES.My wife and I purchased our Enterra at the end of July, 2012. We fell in love with the floor ... plan, accommodations, conveniences and furniture. This was to be our third RV and decided to purchase a new one instead of a used one as we had in the past. Prior to accepting this unit the dining room table had to be replaced because of a crack in the support frame, the electronic board of the air conditioner had to be replaced as well as the thermostat. The cover for the LP gas was missing several of its hold down pins for the top and these were replaced but apparently came loose during our first outing and we lost the pins as well as the top of the cover. I chalk this up to poor design and I will be constructing my own since I am sure a replacement would suffer the same fate. Since we were anxious to explore our new RV we decided to take it out for a weekend with the grandchildren. Luckily we decided to stay fairly local. We set up for the weekend and enjoyed ourselves Friday night, Saturday and Saturday night. On Sunday, while my wife took our two grandchildren to the pool I began to prepare the RV for the trip home. After dumping the contents of the black and gray tanks I began to rinse the black water tank when suddenly the two tanks decided to basically fall out of the bottom of the RV. This could have been a costly disaster but fortunately the black tank had been emptied. A month or so in the shop. On our next outing we noticed water damage to the door frames in the bathroom as well as the carpet being wet where the bathroom opens to the bedroom. A month or so in the shop. Upon returning home with our RV I attempted to extend the slide outs and the wiring on one slide out became entangled in the track causing the motor to short out when the slide out was at about half travel. A month or so waiting on repairs. It was also at this time that I discovered that the stink tube did not have a cover on it on the roof of the RV. I was placing a cover on the RV when I noticed the cover was missing. I have no idea if the stink pipe cover had been installed or blew off during one of our two trips. Regardless, I elected to replace it myself as it only cost a few dollars. On our third trip to attend a relative’s funeral on our first morning we discovered the bedroom carpet soaked at the entrance to the bathroom and water dripping from the bottom of the RV on the bathroom side of the RV. Also, the door frame faux wood was swelled and the vinyl spilt, as before. We were in no position to leave at that point but made judicious use of the water and informed our maintenance people that we would be bringing the unit to them upon our return. A month or so in the shop. As soon as the RV was released to us from the shop we elected to set it up completely outside our house. In the first 24 hours of normal use (washing a few dishes and getting a shower) it was again leaking from the bathroom side of the RV and the carpet was wet in the juncture of the bathroom and bedroom. The shop was notified and the unit returned. It is now the end of May, 2013 and the RV is currently still in the shop for “leak†repairs and there are only about two months remaining on the manufacturer’s warranty. Our basic feeling at this time is that we have purchased a very nice looking, expensive yard ornament. Perhaps after this latest repair we will be able to truly enjoy our investment but we cannot feel optimistic yet. If this RV had performed as advertised or expected of a new RV we are certain that we would have given it a Five Star rating in every category. However, with its history and our loss of confidence for the future this rating is the best that we can manage.Rating breakdown
