Just like home only on wheels!

After searching for just the right motorhome by walking through hundreds, we found the perfect one in our price range. The Damon Challenger 377 offered us a floor plan with seperate living areas. While most people want open areas to create a feeling of spaciousness, we were looking for separate livi...ng areas for living room, galley, dining, bath and bedroom. This arrangement just seems more like home to us. Three slides give us plenty of room in each area. Colors and quality were better than expected and the coach goes down the road smoothly and handles well in the wind. All utilities function well and ceiling vents move a lot of air in the heat of the day keeping the coach cool. Wish we had a little more counter space but we still do well with what we have. Our only complaint is that we wish a better gutter system was attached to keep water from running down near front side windows and causing streaks that have to be wiped clean. Screen door should have a push rail to keep you from pushing out on the screening rather than the handle which is located too low. Locks on the ample storage areas are flimsy and we will replace them with something more substantial very soon. Lock and key mechanisms are just to hard to make function easily. We noticed this on most coachs though. Like all coaches that come with a "queen size" bed, you either get the length of a queen or the width but never both. In this case the bed is queen width but full size length. Works for us but wouldn't for anyone over about 6'. All and all very satisfied with this coach.
