Initial Excitement turned to dismay ... and a bath!

Wow, what more could you ask for ... lots of sleeping berths, double sink, remotely lit hot water tank, queen size bed, inside bath with shower, larger refrigerator with separate freezer ... my wife was ecstatic with the storage compared to our previous Alpine Chalet. Buuuuttt ... small problems (n...o spare tire initially provided by dealer, missing window locks, broken door panels, shelves that fell to the floor in the closet) that eventually were addressed were nothing compared to the locked coupler (yes, checked five times before departure from home) and the valence above the dinette crashing to the floor ... we had enough "bad luck" and took a $10,000 loss to trade this Surveyor SP186 in on another brand ... after only 4 1/2 months. Caveat emptor !
