Overall A Great Value
By Stephen Watson (I am an Owner) on May 31, 2023Let's start with the bad:
1. Factory tires are crap. Went through 5 tires in 2 years with less than 5k on them. Finally Goodyear recommended a heavy duty tire ($189 ea), that have given me no trouble. Despite that, I carry a RV mounted spare and 2 additional in my truck.
2. Front stabilizer ... legs continue to fail. Just had the annual inspection done. Got the RV home, electric front legs refused to work. Had to manually crank them down.
3. Living room furniture is crap. The company lists the factory furniture as leather. It is not. It is Faux leather. Began to peel in the 3rd year. Finally, I just replaced to furniture.
4. Excellent A/C system, but the bedroom vent needs to be redesigned. It blows towards the bathroom rather than across the bed. We use a small fan to redirect the air.
The Good:
1. Reliable. Except for an occasional toilet issue, (blockage), never really had a problem. We have never used the stove/oven, we prefer to cook outside, so I cannot speak for their reliability.
2. Comfortable and plenty of room for a 38' RV. Lots of windows, plenty of lighting and easy to maintain.
3. Quality of workmanship for the most part is evident. We have looked at newer RV's including GD and are not as impressed with the quality.

Would I buy this camper again?
By Thad (I am an Owner) on Jun 06, 2018Lets start with no I would not buy this camper again. The issues I've had with this camper start with the a/c system, seals around the slides to the fireplace not operating at all. Not to mention the dealer I bought it from ( Meyers in Churchville NY ) was a whole story in itself. I will say the dealer ... did try to fix the problems but after a certain amount of time they just ignore you . Other issues I've come across is the vent in the kitchen failed to operate. Don't get me wrong its a very nice design but the quality of the products installed are less than impressive. The membrane on the roof looks like its cracking on the edges which anyone with a camper knows water is the worst thing for them. This is not the first camper I have had , I've been camping for 18 yrs my last camper I had for 12 yrs with less problems.Rating breakdown
