Maiden voyge
By Ralph (I am an Owner) on Jun 06, 2013We are on our maiden voyge from south Texas to Colorado in our new RV purchased in December of 2012.The design of this unit is excellent, a good bed and roomy living area. The problems we've experienced to this point are:1. The triple slide glass shower doors latch popped off allowing these real glass ... doors to bang back and forth damaging the tracks and stops to the point the doors were hung up and wouldn't slide. These are real glass doors which is nice but really heavy so you can imagine them slamming back and forth on the road. 2.The coax cables for the cable TV hook ups are wired incorrectly and will not pick up a signalin the bedroom or the living room. The satalite hook ups are good and the roof antenna to the bedroom work but the only way I can get cable is to go thru the satalite coax. 3. The fantastic fan will not work with the thermosate. It has a bad switch and is wired incorrectly. 4. The water seal in the toilet won't hold a water seal for over a half hour. 5. When the furnace is turned on the living room A/C fan comes on. This may be by design but who want to listen to the roof A/C run early in the morning when you get up. I contacted Heartland who did email me back but their solution was to take it to your dealer we're 1080 miles from our dealer for three months. The closest Heartland dealer to us is 175 miles. I contacted the dealer we purchased from Camper Clinic in Texas to see if they would help me solve a few of these problem here in Colorado, absolutely no help at all. Right now my opinion of thos unit is good design, poorly assembled and tested.Rating breakdown

Not worth the money
By Burnett (I am an Owner) on Aug 15, 2012We have owned this 5th wheeler 4 months and it has been in the shop 3 times for the same repairs. A total of 5 weeks in the shop! The 5th wheeler fills with dust, the A/C's are very noisey, slide out wires were hanging down dragging on the tires, we couldn't lock the door from the inside. Very poor ... quality work. I would not recommend this RV to anyone.Rating breakdown
