Jayco X17 Sport
By Julie Falsey (I am an Owner) on Aug 19, 2016We own this great little camper , after pop up camping we upgraded to some amenities. This hauls well with a smaller Nissan frontier, and with single axle we are still able to camp in the woods and get into smaller campsites that are wooded. Not a fan of KOA big rig parking lot camping. The sink is ... deep enough to wash dishes and has a nice counter space for drying , 3 burner stove is large enough to cook , AC unit and heat work great. Love the bathtub as it is deep enough for small kids to bath in and shower has a bump up in ceiling so there is light and more height. Beds are comfortable. Great layout.Rating breakdown

We couldn't be happier!
By J Lensing (I am an Owner) on Jul 16, 2013After graduating to this unit from our previous pop-ups, we are so impressed by the comfort, convenience and overall quality of the x17z. The interior feels quite spacious considering the number of ammenities loaded into such a compact package, and this model certainly has a better interior flow than ... the x17C. We are most impressed by the fit & finish of the exterior surfaces, plus the comfort of the high density foam mattresses on the beds, sleeper-sofa and dinette. The seals on the exterior door rival even those of a refrigerator. If I had to find anything negative to report, it would be that the nail holes in the interior trim could have used an additional wipe of mineral spirits to remove the excess putty smears that stood out against the otherwise perfect cabinetry and wall panels. Also, if the drainage spouts on each of the four corners of the roof were made to be removable or were much more flexible, it would greatly improve on the wear and tear I experienced when covering the camper over the winter months. As it is, I had to cut holes in the RV cover and hope that stong winds wouldn't cause additional tearing of the fabric ... which of course occurred despite all the ropes and cords I used to strap everything as tightly as possible.Rating breakdown

Jayco X17z
By Kent Abercrombie (I am an Owner) on Sep 02, 2011After taking my first couple of short trips using this trailer. I am somewhat disappointed. I love the layout of the trailer and it pulls nicely behind a full size pickup. However it sits way too close to the ground. I understand they are trying to make it more "sporty" but while trying to drain the ... gray/black tanks you have issues as the drain sit's too close to the ground (less than 7 inches) and you constantly have to pick up the hose and "work" the sewage up hill to the receptical. The spare tire carrier drags over the smallest of curbs or large dips in the road. Also every trip, nuts, bolts and brakets are found laying around on the floor inside the trailer when we reach our destination. The microwave has never worked and the laminant separating on the front of the trailer. If I could take the trailer back and get a refund I would.Rating breakdown
