Review from a long time owner
By Greg (I am an Owner) on Dec 04, 2015We have owned our 347THT since new in 2010. We have pulled this rig from east coast to west coast and even to Alaska and back. It has and continues to serve us well. The garage is perfect for one bike - we haul our Road King everywhere... including to Alaska and back. There is tons of storage we ... don't even use it all. With the bike outside, we can set the garage up as a den, a third room to relax, or even as a second bedroom for guests using the inflatable mattress from the couch on the floor. The relatively light dry weight is a real plus. With our 2002 F250 Powerstroke we average 10.5 to 11 mpg. Higher on flat roads with a tail wind and lower of course with a head wind. The ramp is a little steep, so good planning for loading and unloading the motorcycle helps a lot. The quality is what you would expect from the Mountaineer line. Not high end but the cabinetry, furniture and flooring are more than acceptable. An excellent value for the price. We have had no serious problems with our rig and plan to use it for many more years.Rating breakdown

Very pleased with the 347 tht
By Richard Horch (I am an Owner) on Aug 07, 2013I purchased my 347tht when it only had 400 miles on it. I have towed it from the southern US to Canada and many shorter trips and have not had any negative issues. My tow vehicle is a 2008 Chevrolet 2500HD Duramax with a Curt 20000k hitch and Ride Rite Air Bags. When pulling on straight stretches of ... road I forget it is behind me it pulls so well. The only issue I have had with the trailer to date is the bedroom slideout comes out a bit when traveling or when stored. I occasionally have to retract it back in. I have not researched this too much yet but I have not noticed any loss in Hydraulic oil or any leaks in the system. The fit and finish of my trailer is very good and I have not had to repair any trim pieces or anything. In the rear room I load my Yamaha FJR motorcycle which has worked flawlessly. Overall, I am very pleased with this trailer and hope to have many years of building great memories with it.Rating breakdown

Bad service-serious problems
By Leah (I am an Owner) on Feb 23, 2011We looked for months. Finally chose this camper. We are a family of 4 with two toddler children. The heater upon arrival on our first trip wouldn't work. We took it to dealer had new heater circuit board installed. This took over two weeks to be done. Then we were excited to get it back and ventured ... on another trip 6 hrs away. When we got there the wall btwn living and toy hauler sectioned was cracked on both sides and door jammed shut. The heater didn't work that night either and my children had to sleep in the camper with heaters plugged in everywhere. We finished that trip and it returned to dealership for over a month for repair. Then my husband took the camper to a job where he and three coworkers were to sleep in it until completion of the job. The heater would still not come on and we had to pay for hotel rooms that week because it was 30-40 degrees on those days. My husband came home from job hauling equipment and returned to pick up camper and bring it home. All of the axles were bent when he hooked it up. No weight was ever carried in the back room except a cot. We have no idea why these things keep happening or how and my husband is very experienced at hauling/pulling anything. We had a different camper previously and had no problems. We treated it like a baby and our excitement has turned to disappointment as it's been at the dealer over a month again at this point. Our camping dreams with our first NEW camper have been a real let down.Rating breakdown
