Gotta love the Passport Express 190 EXP
By John G. (I am an Owner) on Jan 10, 2013We purchased ours (a new 2012 model) in the Fall of 2011 and have not looked back since (well...1 thing, read later on...). We adore it! A year and a half later and around a dozen trips later, we always have the itch to go out again in this baby! The only problem we had was the entertainment unit was ... defective (DVD/CD player did not work) which was replaced by the dealer in a matter of a couple of hours at no cost. This unit is surprisingly roomy and VERY easy to get used to using it. We tow using a Jimmy. I suggest that anyone towing using a 6 cyl SUV get a transmission cooler towing anything around this size. The engine can take it no problem but the tranny gets strained over long hauls! TRUST ME! Better a couple hundred than a couple thousand for a new tranny. Back to the trailer. Highly recommend it! Our only 'regret' was not getting the 235 model as it is roomier with the slide-out. Still, we have had up to 4 adults, 4 teens and 3 dogs (1 being a Husky) in it while travelling. Not a problem as anyone can get to the bathroom, door or wherever without tripping over/disturbing everyone at night (well laid-out). That's my 2 cents worth. Season 2013...here we come!Rating breakdown
