Poor quality and workmanship
By Brock Dunnington (I am an Owner) on Jul 21, 2012My wife and I purchased the 318 bunkhouse a year ago. We have been completely disgusted with everything. It first started with a manufactures defect in the roof. The roof covering was installed on sharp corners that tore the covering at only 3 months old. the docking station, somebody placed screws ... where the water sits on the bottom. The living room couch is supported by five clothe straps stapled to an unattached 1x4 so the seat would fall through and the drawer doesnt lock so it rattled itself to death. All of my cabinetry is completely warped and I have had to readjust all the locking mechanisms twice. There is no gap or caulking between the tub and sink. The lounge and play couch is elevated and mounted to the side walls, four screws, each side and the screws are smaller than sheet rock screws so my 40 lb daughter made the whole couch collapse in the middle of the night. All of my finish around the kitchen sink is peeling. The walls to the night stands have collapsed. Every receptacle needed tightening. The pop and lock storage holds water in the door jambs and lock. The stabilizers with extensions are not reinforced and bend very easily due to mounting holes the weaken the metal. Prime Time refuses to accept the fact that the capmer is a defect and in the first year, my dealer has had my camper more than my family has.Rating breakdown

Terrific Travel Trailer
By DogsatMax (I am an Owner) on Apr 05, 2012After months of searching finally decided on the Lacrosse 318BHS Touring Edition. This is a very well equipped coach. Plenty of Storage! Children love the bunk house! Favorite is the outdoor kitchen. Pulls like dream. Even with a properly equipped 1/2ton pickup. Fit and finish is very good. ... Primetime's customer service is top-notch if you have questions or concerns. The only thing I can comment on is the Queen bed mattress is a bit uncomfortable for me. If you like a very, very firm mattress this may be up your alley. I am really enjoying this travel trailer. The Touring Edition includes some nice upgrades to the standard model including a Fiberglass nosecap, electric fireplace, 8ft frig, equa-flex suspension, 15K BTU AC. This review is with regard to the 2012 model here.Rating breakdown

Great Great Great
By Becky Kelderman (I am an Owner) on Jul 18, 2011This is the first travel trailer my husband and I have purchased and we couldn't be more pleased. It pulls very well with our Toyota Tundra, the outdoor kitchen is a great feature and it has tons of storage. The super slide outs really make a big difference. The only downfall is when it is parked ... and the slideouts are out, the trailer is very wobbly. We purchased some slide out stabilizers and that seems to really help out.Rating breakdown
