Thor Motor Coach has unveiled 2014 Tuscany XTE and Tuscany Diesel Motorhomes, each with a brand new look. Fresh front and rear caps, along with new exterior paint packages highlight can be found throughout the Tuscany line for 2014.

According to Thor, the Tuscany XTE’s new front cap is engineered to maximize visibility for both driver and passenger. Thor says the front entry door is the widest in the industry.

New elongated residential tile floor, tiled kitchen backsplash, and LG Hi-Macs solid surface countertops round out the Tuscany XTE’s interior. New furniture styles include upgraded pillows, as well as new bedding and headboards in the bedroom. As well, all 2014 models have a premium Denver Mattress sleep system in the master bedroom.

The Tuscany also debuts new front and rear caps, along with frameless windows. Ride quality is enhanced with the addition of Independent Front Suspension, similar to that used on a Prevost bus. Exterior storage compartment doors electronically lock by way of wireless remote or interior central lock switch.

An inlaid tile pattern is featured on the floor of the Tuscany adds a touch of elegance, while Kustom-Fit furniture surrounds the living space. As a bonus, the Tuscany has a cedar lined shoe storage box located in the rear wardrobe.

A non-tag axle 40’ model has been added the Tuscany line-up with the 40RX floorplan. The 40RX is outfitted with Aqua-Hot heating systems, 450-hp Cummins engines, and hardwood cabinetry.

“We are really excited about the overall success of the Tuscany XTE and Tuscany lines,” says Adam Gudger, national sales manager for diesel motorhomes. “The numbers speak volumes on the hard work and dedication our team has poured into the design and building of the Tuscany. So far year to date, the Tuscany has had a 58% market share increase amongst all diesel powered Class A motorhomes.”
