Muscle Car Turned RV

Sometimes when we come across some weird RV-related thing in the Internet we don’t know what to think. This is one of those times.

Upon first laying eyes on the 1970 Oldsmobile Tornado GT motorhome on eBay we didn’t know whether we should run away screaming or try to come up with the money to buy it. It’s just so strange.

The seller, who was looking for at least $10,500 for this bizarre creation, provided great detail in the product description – about 1,800 words! In short, the Tornado was actually factory built for a retiring executive of a camper company in Georgia. It’s powered by a 455 cid engine – which has about 4,000 miles on it. The camper sleeps four and features a bathroom with a built-in shower and a kitchen with a fridge and stove. The cab has two awesome-looking white bucket seats and air conditioning. There is also air in the camper portion, but it’s a window unit that has to be stored for travel.
