Small Trailer Converted Into Movie House

We’ve seen people use RVs and trailers for all sorts of strange and useful things, but we certainly never expected to see one converted into a micro movie house – powered entirely by the sun, no less.

Located in Kent in the United Kingdom, the Sol Cinema offers patrons a unique opportunity to watch a movie in a tiny 1960s caravan. Solar panels provide the power, which is stored in lithium batteries. Bringing the movies to the big (small?) screen is an LED projector.

To compliment the movie-going experience, the Sol Cinema has its own usherettes that welcome customers (eight adults) into the viewing area.
