Winnebago Has Big Plans for Pennsylvania RV Show

Winnebago Industries, Inc. plans to bring a lineup of 2016 motorhomes and towables to “America’s Largest RV Show.”

Running Sept. 16-20 at the Giant Center in Hershey, Pennsylvania, the show will feature more than 50 Winnebago and Winnebago Touring Coach motorhomes and a full lineup of Winnebago travel trailers, fifth wheels and toy haulers. Every motorhome and towable product on display will be available for tours with select diesel motorhomes available to test drive.

Making its debut at this year’s show will be the all-new Winnebago Touring Coach Era 4X4. Built on a Mercedes Sprinter chassis, the Era 4X4 is the first Sprinter-based off-road RV from Winnebago. It featuers an on-demand 4-wheel-drive system, Mercedes-Benz 188-hp diesel engine and four additional inches of ground clearance, along with a 2.5 kilowatt generator, 28-gallon freshwater tank and fully equipped galley and bath. The Era 4X4 comes in two available floorplans, the 70A and 70X.

In addition to the Era 4X4, a full complement of motorized products will be on display including the Adventurer and Suncruiser, Winnebago’s flagship Class A gas models, which have been redesigned for 2016. Other motorhomes featured include the Class A diesel Winnebago Tour 42QD and Class C Minnie Winnie.

Towable products on display will include the Micro Minnie, Minnie and Ultralite travel trailers, Destination, Voyage and Latitude fifth wheels and Spyder and Scorpion toy haulers.
