Out of six floorplans to choose from, we decided to review the 30.2 Bunkhouse; the perfect option for large families. It has a gross vehicle weight rating of 18,000 lbs and gross combined weight rating of 23,000 lbs. It has an exterior length of 31’5”, exterior height of 12’2”, exterior width of 99”, and interior height of 84”. For tanks, the A.C.E. has a fuel capacity of 80 gallons, fresh water capacity of 50 gallons, black water capacity of 28 gallons, and gray water capacity of 40 gallons. Its water heater capacity is 6 gallons. The A.C.E. 30.2 Bunkhouse has a passenger capacity of six people, but can provide sleeping accommodation for seven.
Powered by a 6.8L Triton V10 engine with 362 hp, the Thor Motorcoach A.C.E. is the perfect vessel for adventure travel. It is built on a Ford F-53 chassis and features automatic hydraulic levelling jacks with touchpad controls. The tubular aluminum roof and sidewall cage construction is fully welded, along with the tubular steel floor system. Its crowned, premium one-piece TPO roof is Vacu-Bond laminated. Density block foam insulation is found in the walls and floors. As efficient as it is strong, the A.C.E. has an exterior MEGA-Storage compartment, Rotocast storage compartments, and a Motorhome Mudroom compartment. For your safety and convenience, the A.C.E. is equipped with a roof ladder, slideout room awning, entry door with a deadbolt lock, single electric automatic entry step, and outside shower. For late-night barbeques, the A.C.E. features side-mounted patio awning with integrated LED lighting. If your family is serious about entertainment, you can request an exterior 32” LED television.

The A.C.E. cockpit will make long drives feel smooth and comfortable. Reclining/swivel leatherette chairs have three-point seatbelts, and the passenger and driver’s seats are separated by a stow-away coffee table. Heated and remote-powered exterior mirrors come with integrated side view cameras. To keep you and your passengers entertained, there’s a touchscreen AM/FM dash radio with a CD Player, Bluetooth, and Back-Up monitor. The cockpit is equipped with a dash workstation, conversation mirrors and drink holders. Enjoy a clear view of the road with the bird’s eye window.
After a long drive, you’ll want to kick off your shoes and unwind. Behind the cockpit is the living room, equipped with the necessities to help you relax. A leatherette jack-knife sofa, which transforms into a comfortable bed, sits across from a 40” LED television. Below the television is a leatherette booth dinette, which can also be used as a sleeping area. The interior features a hard-vinyl ceiling and residential, vinyl flooring. All the drawers throughout the space have full extension ball-bearing metal drawer guides. If you want privacy, you can pull down the privacy shades on the windows. You can also request a 12-volt attic fan in the living room. All the furniture and flooring throughout the space is pet friendly and easy to clean.

When the family starts getting hungry, you can whip up a home-cooked meal in the kitchen. Equipped with residential appliances, the kitchen allows you to cook you favorite dishes with ease. Store food in the double-door refrigerator and pullout pantry. Prepare food on the laminate countertops and in the oversized kitchen sink, which comes with a single-handle faucet. If you want to reheat leftovers, toss them in the microwave oven. The kitchen also features a broom closet, along with waste and recycling containers.

Before you retreat to the bedroom to get your beauty sleep, clean yourself up in the bathroom. It features a foot flush porcelain toilet and a shower, equipped with a glass door, skylight curved rod, and anti-bacterial shower curtain. You can store your toiletries in the medicine cabinet.
When your family members are ready to recharge, you can send them to the booth dinette, jack-knife sofa and bunk beds. You and your partner can get cozy on the Queen bed, located in the Master Bedroom. The bed features a Denver mattress and a designer headboard, bedspread and pillow shams. Fold your clothes away in the closet and set your electronics on the night table. Thor knows that your pets are as important as your guests, so the A.C.E. is equipped with a pull-out kibble station with an FDA-approved pet bowl liner.
