2018 marks the 45th year the Tiffin Allegro Class A motorcoach has been in production. Despite many features that top industry standards, the Allegro remains one of Tiffin’s most affordable vehicles.

Of the five floorplans to pick from, we’re taking a closer look at the Tiffin Allegro Allegro 32 SA. Built on a Ford 6.8-liter V10 Chassis, it has a Gross Vehicle Weight Rating of 24,000 lbs, Gross Combined Weight Rating of 30,000 lbs and 5,000 lb Trailer Hitch Capacity. Hydraulic automatic leveling jacks make campsite set-up a breeze. The coach measures 34′ 3″ long, 12′ 10″ high (with air conditioner units), and 101” wide. The fresh water tank has a capacity of 70 gallons, black water tank has a capacity of 50 gallons, and the gray water tank can hold 66 gallons.

There are six full-body color-combinations to pick from, sealed with a clear topcoat with ultraviolet protection.

An exterior flat panel television means you can enjoy movie nights outside, and the power patio awning keeps things shady in the sun and dry in the rain. The slides also have awnings to keep falling leaves and debris off.

Inside, the Allegro is set up to feel like home. Leatherette furniture, handcrafted hardwood cabinetry, and designer touches like a glass-tile backsplash make it easy to forget you’re on the road.

In the cockpit area, the driver and second-in-command are set up with everything needed for a pleasant and comfortable drive: power adjustable ultra leather seats, tilt steering wheel and dual dash fans. The back-up camera and in-dash color monitors help out when turning, parking, backing up, and changing lanes, and the lighted instrument panel makes for easy reading at night. When you’re not on the road, there are power solar and privacy windshield shades.

The living area of the 2017 Tiffin Allegro 32 SA feels open and spacious thanks to two slide-outs and 7’ ceilings. In the slide-out directly behind the driver’s seat is the booth dinette. The kitchen area is behind the passenger seat, and it has everything the family cooks need to make multi-course meals. The counter area has a double bowl stainless steel sink with high rise faucet with a pullout sprayer and a three-burner gas cooktop. Both the sink and cooktop have solid surface covers to turn the entire area into a big prep area. There’s a convection microwave above the range as well. A stainless steel refrigerator and lots of pantry cupboard space allows you to stock up on all your food staples.

The second slide-out, directly next to the dinette booth, has a nice big four-cushion sofa bed, which faces the flat-panel television and optional fireplace.

A sliding door blocks off the bedroom and bathroom area from the rest of the living space. The molded fiberglass shower is on the right and the toilet and vanity are in a separate private area on the left. Overhead cabinets and under sink cupboards offer lots of storage space.

At the back of the motorhome, you’ll find the master bedroom. The king-size bed with memory-foam mattress comes standard along with a comforter and throw pillows. There is also a nightstand on both sides. You can enjoy your favorite show from bed on the flat-panel television in the vanity across from the foot of the bed. There’s plenty of storage for all your clothes in the mirrored-door cabinets along the rear wall and drawer unit. The wardrobe as an automatic light to make finding things a little easier.

The 2018 Tiffin Allegro 32SA starts at about $170,000. For more information, visit http://www.tiffinmotorhomes.com/.
