over 20 repair visits
By unhappy owner (I am an Owner) on Nov 30, 2011Since buying our Reyo we have made over 20 visits for repairs, wasting diesel fuel getting to and from the repair shop, canceling planned trips, interrupting trips. We had the entire antipollution system replaced in several trips, new electronic circuit unit replaced and finally the NOX sensors before ... the check engine light finally stopped coming on and going off. We still need the flimsy back wall panel replaced and or repaired with support. You can wiggle the rear panel with a pinKie finger. As a result the paint is cracking. We still haven't had the third closet door replaced. The door handle broke and was replaced. the upper hinge was repaired and now the upper door corner is catching on the frame. The closet rod fell. It was held up by two different and too short screws. All the interior 12 volt receptacles stopped working. This was due to a broken wire and burnt fuse. This RV is over priced and full of problems.Rating breakdown

ongoing Reyo issues
By e bremer (I am an Owner) on Jun 22, 2011On my second extended trip with my 2011 Reyo, had check engine light come on and off entire trip, despite computer scan upgrade and urea added. Finally diagnosed after two more trips to mechanic. Need a part for the new anti pollution system that is no where in Germany nor the USA. Hopefully a part ... will be shipped end of first week in July. Will have to wait for it to arrive and then book another repair appt. Presently having a new range hood installed and new refrigerator as well, and having a closet door repaired. Dealer backed up and won't be done before July 4th w.e. Insulation falling onto the dash board. When does it end?Rating breakdown

our 2011 itasca 25r reyo is perfect
By alan castello (I am an Owner) on Jun 11, 2011Traded up our old c class for a new 2011 itasca reyo 25r last fall. It's very and fun to drive and the road noise and sway is half of our last RV. MPG so far is 15.5 and 17.8. We had a custom foam mattress, dash mat and a HD 5lnb dirctv dish installed perfect fit, needed nothing else. Their were a ... few minor warranty items along with a recall part that the dealer mesaRV called us in to have done. Itasca has great service so far. We have had one RVr at a RV park where we stayed want to trade their 40ft-er 2 year old pusher strait across for this gem. So far a better than expected experience, what a well designed machine inside and out.Rating breakdown

More trouble with Reyo
By unhappy Reyo owner (I am an Owner) on May 18, 2011More trouble with my Reyo. Check engine light came on again. Sitting at repair shop for hours awaiting diagnosis. Fan on range hood has loud grating noise and needs repair. Laminate pulling off closet door. Kwikee step needs new motor. Owned only 6 months. Frost forming in refridgerator less then a ... week after being on the road. Hope to get diagnosed tomorrow when steps put in.Rating breakdown

unhappy with Reyo
By unhappy camper (I am an Owner) on Apr 30, 2011My Reyo went into "limp mode" shortly after purchase, on a busy Interstate highway. We were almost rear ended by an 18 wheeler. In six weeks after purchase we had the EGR changed multiple times, the turbo replaced twice, the sensory pad replaced once and the air filter replaced once. We went to a Mercedes ... Dealership in La., Al., S.C., and Freightliner several times at home for repairs. After asking to have Winn. take the unit back, which they refused, we now have a cover over the EGR and a thick rubber gasket under the hood to try and keep rain out. We kept losing battery power if it sat for awhile. So, we had to go to a dealer and have the slider rewired to the coach from the engine battery. Driving down the highway a week or so after purchase, we felt a gush of air and saw sunlight around the refrigerator. A seal had come off. After this repaired, the freezer frosted over, first for any RV I have ever owned. The fresh water valve fell off when disconnecting the hose. The TV/Radio switch was put in upside down. We STILL have water coming from under the windshield onto the airfilter cover despite "repairs" Winn. REFUSES to take back this LEMON and state law doesn't cover this in the lemon laws. DO NOY BUY WINNEBAGO!!!!!Rating breakdown
