I recently purchased a new Jayco 2021 28.5 rsts, nothing but trouble from bent cable slide bracket, metal sticking through sidewall, loud squeak in bathroom floor. Been at the dealership for 7 weeks haven’t even used it yet. Jayco is a poorly built trailer with no customer support .I have sent a c...omplaint to Maryland state’s attorney for review and hope they can get my money back, I’ve also contacted BBB. Do yourself and your family a favor and walk away from Jayco or you’ll end up like us...heartbroken with a trailer we can’t use. Buyer Beware!
