2021 Keystone Cougar 368 MBI
By Kelly Eslinger (Owner), Feb. 16, 2021
We bought our 2021 Keystone Cougar 368MBI in late October or early November. We had it delivered from the dealership to our property so we still haven’t towed it so I have no review for how it tows, however if the interior is any example as to how the rest of the trailer is built I may be a little
... gun shy when we do tow it for the first time. Since delivery we have found MULTIPLE pieces of trim that were not installed correctly (loose, not level, places where someone continued on with EMPTY a staple guns, glue patches left on the ceiling, construction debris in ever place imaginable including saw dust left under the interior stair treads causing them to squeak etc.). When walking between the island and the stove area the floor moves enough the island wiggles ALOT. This is an issue that I haven’t addressed yet as it is winter. The mattress in the bedroom (King size) must be the absolute cheapest pile of crap they could find as it is already needing replacement. We have a a recall for the inverter that we haven’t been able to get into the dealership with as of yet so we don’t use it. I wish I had taken more pictures as I have repaired items, I’ve only included a very few. Time will tell if this 5th wheel is going to be something we can live with. We lived in a Forest River product prior to this Keystone. Keystone REALY needs to work on their Quality Control as this is some atrocious craftsmanship! So far they can’t hold a candle to Forest River.
