Worst rv ever made
By Walt (I am an Owner) on Nov 08, 2018To start our rv has been in the shop more than we have had it. Where do I start, lots of little things like screws missing, stripped screws, sliding door had to be adjusted 3 times, water facet replaced, still bad. And many more items. Then while auto leveling, the RV frame bent(Chinese steel I'm sure)which ... I thought it was going to hit the ground, after tow truck and dealers help we got it hailed to dealer for repair, now we found a leak that's leaking at the bed room socket where the TV pluges into the elect socket, could have killed my wife, found the roof needs to be replaced, that means we miss another trip. The RV will be in shop for another two months, what a piece crap.Since we have had that many major problems I think it should be replaced it's a lemon.Rating breakdown

Buyer beware
By Dave R (I am an Owner) on Oct 09, 2017I purchased this RV for the increased water capacity because we typically don't have water hookups. If you follow the user's manual you will never even approach the advertised 118 gallons due to the placement of the sensors on the tank. (the manual wants you to turn off the water when the indicator ... says full). You are warned not to fill it until it overflows through the vent due to potential damage to the plumbing. I am currently on my second water tank and it is leaking again. This tank is not engineered to handle the weight and pressure of 118 gallons. The first tank failed at a seam that was clearly defective. You could see air bubbles in the joint and that is exactly where it failed. The replacement tank didn't look much better, so I applied a patch before the dealer installed it. After one trip it is leaking again, not to mention the lame reassembly of the under skirt by the dealer. Hardly water or pest proof after they mangled it. I will be taking it back in to determine why it is leaking again. The second issue is with the patio door option I purchased. The windows are made of a pliable see through film. They slide vertically to expose screens for ventilation. The first install by the factory was incredibly inept and left numerous large gap around the frame for insects to enter the coach. The dealer had to reinstall a different door. But the real problem is that the material used for the windows statically bonds to the lower window when left in the down position for any period of time. (Similar to a piece of cellophane bonding to itself) Effectively locking the window down unless you remove the screen and force something between the windows to break the bond. Keystone was not helpful, but I finally got to talk to "Challenger" the manufacturer of the door. Their solution was to put baby powder on the windows so they don't stick together. Kind of defeats the purpose of a window! After 6 months of use I am still dealing with this problem. One last critique, make sure you are at least 6'6" tall or have a step stool available or you won't be using much of the storage in this unit. Due to the high ceiling most of the cabinets are very difficult to reach.Rating breakdown
