By Joshua Kirby (I am an Owner) on Jan 31, 2016We've had a our Keystone Passport 2400BH Grand Touring since last June now (its Jan, 2016 now). So far so good. Everything working as expected. Queen mattress is about as expected for a freebie, we'll look at upgrading that sometime. I did change out all the interior lamps to LED, especially in the ... bunks just to cool down the bulbs. They seem just as bright and don't draw as much current now and do not get hot. We have two young ones and I was worried they'd pile blankets against the bulbs causing a hazard. The pass through storage is great. We moved from an RV to the travel trailer and I wish there was a compartment where all electrical/water hookups/etc were managed from like the RV. Just a preference on my part though. TV it came with seems to work well. The bluetooth on the stereo is really nice, we can sit outside with our phones and control the music. We've cooked on the stove a few times, no problems. Wish it had a lighting system instead of using a lighter. I'd like to have some drawers for storage but understand the limit. There are a few down low in one cabinet, just wish they had been higher but would have interfered with the sink. The large sink has allowed my wife to quickly fill the holding tanks, wondering if an over sized sink is a good idea now. Outdoor kitchen has been a blessing, really like it. Very handy just to wash hands/etc while outside. Water heater has worked great, no one has complained about any hot water shortages yet. A/C has kept us plenty cool, my only complaint would be the noise level, which is consistent with any unit like it, just an RV thing. I pull mine with a 2008 Dodge Ram 1500 with the 4.8 liter engine. It's a little under powered but now bad. I can run 55-70 easy enough in good conditions, but large hills/strong headwinds are really felt. The only time I've felt any trailer sway was when the wind was coming at us pretty strong perpendicular to the trailer. Otherwise has pulled very well. Either I didn't get or the manual is just pretty poor for the unit. Wish it would have been more detailed/designed for my unit specifically instead of being so generic. I keep my unit plugged in all winter and put a small electric heater in it to keep it above freezing. Be sure to unplug the outdoor kitchen refrigerator if you do this just so it doesn't eat up electricity.Rating breakdown
