problems with a new unit

Hot water heater never worked. Had to have it replaced with an on demand one. Wood paneling coming loose from walls at outside of closet next to bathroom and also next to rear bed slide out. Imitation tile vinyl pealing away from wall in back of bathroom sink. Bed room TV terrible picture, like nai...l through coax when installed. Ford E450 cab wanders at speeds over 50mph. Can see light around bed room slide out. Hard to imagine not being equipped with a GPS from the factory. Purchased new from Camping world in Alcoa TN. Sales dept. OK. Service not so. Had to fix problems myself. Once fixed it is a good unit. Too many issues when new. See Thor owners group for additional info.
