Entry level Class C with all the necessities
By Rachel Grasty-Sheehan (I am an Owner) on Jun 10, 2020First time RVer here. I find this unit to be a basic model, which is what made it affordable. I do agree with many things stated in previous review by Robert Lockwood on Dec. 18, 2018, although we have nothing to compare it with. It is true there the "radio [has] no cassette player." However I haven't ... seen any vehicle with a cassette player since the 90's. It does allow for AUX, USB and Bluetooth connections though. It is true the is "No cover for stove for added work space." Nor is there a "countertop extension." We found a solution and got an extra big cutting board and put grip pads on the bottom of it. We either place it over the sink or the cooktop for extra space. We also make use of the dinette or cook outside on a propane stove or grill. It is also true that there is "No kitchen fan of any sort." However there are windows and 3 ceiling vents and the one on the bathroom has a fan. The "Refigerator is 115 volt" and is fairly big. It does require "inverter use at all times when dry camping" We use a mixture of the built in generator and battery power to keep it running and a cooler for longer stays. The sofa bed was stiff at first, and you have to pull lock release at a certain angle but I don't know that it "takes near impossible strength." However it could be difficult for some older people. The dinette bed and sofa bed are both short. I am 5'6" and have to sleep diagonal. Each would fit 2 kids or very short adults though. The over cab bunk and back bed can both sleep two average sized adults (450 lb weight total limit per Winnebago). Don't sit up on the over cab bunk. Ouch! Previous review stated that the "Main bed very difficult to access." This depends. It is tucked away in the back corner with a narrow entry point. It allows one person at a time to get into the bed and if you were on the side away from the entry point you would have to crawl over your sleep mate if you had to get up. It is true there is "No foot control on toilet" it has instructions for one, but it isn't there. However I have not had to "use two hands to operate." I did notice the kids had some difficulty with it. It is low and there is nothing to help you get up if you have knee problems, such as my dad. As mentioned in previous review there is "no cleaning spray for toilet." If you hold flush handle half way it does add water to the bowl. I think a portable bug sprayer would work perfect if you need more that water and a brush. I am new to roving so I am not sure what a"flush connection for interior of black water tank." is, but if it is to clean it from inside, the dealership maintenance guy recommended a portable pressure washer on occasion. There is quite a bit of storage space for a small camper. We do have to break fishing poles down to put them underneath so it is true there is "No long storage space.", but we were able to put chairs, beach umbrellas, tables and a canopy underneath the unit without issue. There is a "Shower curtain in place of shower door." However I am unsure how you would fit a door. Anyway I like it better. Easier to clean. Sure there are some creature features that this unit may lack, but for what we paid for a brand new unit I have few complaints. I wish the passenger seat would turn to face back when parked. Pro's are built in awning lights for automatic awning, ample lighting, a/c and heat work great, it came with a TV and a preinstalled mount for a 2nd TV. Anyway for 56K (end of year clearance) we are pleased. Have already been camping six times and driven 2500 miles in it since early spring. Had a big trip planned, but it was delayed due to COVID, can't wait to reschedule it.Rating breakdown

Owner
By Robert Lockwood (I am an Owner) on Dec 18, 2018My 25J must be a new model where design instructions were to "strip it down to lowest cost". The unit is missing many items that one would think would be "standard". Radio, no cassette player. No cover for stove for added work space. No kitchen fan of any sort. No countertop extension. Refigerator is ... 115 volt only requiring inverter use at all times when dry camping(refer. mfg. says "Not for use in motorhome"). Opening sofa takes near impossible strength. Fuse/panel requires laying flat on floor to view. Main bed very difficult to access. No foot control on toilet flush must use two hands to operate. No cleaning spray for toilet. No flush connection for interior of black water tank. No long storage space. Shower curtain in place of shower door. Well, you get the idea.Rating breakdown
