Great RV
By Bob Weaver (I am an Owner) on Aug 10, 2015This is a great solid built RV. I got into other RVs and they feel cheap and flimsy..This feels almost as good as a permanent structure. It will bounce if not placed on levelers properly, but solid.. Sound insulation is great, weather insulation is great, doors are heavy by RV standards and block ... decent noise (interior ones too).. The oversized U shaped dinette makes for a great place to play games with the kids or sit and enjoy a meal with your favorite people. The outdoor kitchen and storage area offers convenience in a big way. You will find yourself spending more time outdoors enjoying nature as a result of this wonderful outdoor kitchen. The oversized Awning offers protection from the elements should rain start and you're only 3 steps away from all the comforts of your home.. With the large plush roomy master bedroom you and your significant other can enjoy your space as you changing close or just lounging around in the bedroom. Plenty of drawers and a full closet adds for a great master suite. I can go on and on about the quality of this camper, but if you have a chance to see one you'll know what I'm saying.Rating breakdown

my 2011 keystone 32bhbs
By richard rennie (I am an Owner) on Mar 04, 2012I was very happy with my old camper, but after going to an rv dealer with a friend I decided to buy a 2011 32bhbs. The outside kitchen is what sold me, and the interior was roomy and appeared to beautiful. Excellent layout. But,the first night of camping,it rained.....inside the camper. I had 2 8 year ... old girls with us. The water was pouring in through the lights, around the slideout and onto the sofabed and soaking the floor/carpeting. I will never purchase a Keystone again!! Dealer really did not seem too worried,Keystone sent me a survey...I destroyed the survey with zero's and negative comments. The reply from Keystone was...nothing..zero..not even a phone call to see if everything was fixed!!I did my own check into seeing what was causing the leak.I found that the main slideout for the living room was never sealed from the factory. Nice job Keystone!!!Good job inspecting and checking your assembly process!! The only good thing I can say about this entire mess is that Keystone paid to have all repairs done and also installed awnings over both slides!!However, it ruined what was left of our camping season, as we had paid our rent on a permanent site we could not use, as the mold and must smell from the dampness was awful. As well, my wife and daughter are allergic to it. ..tried to be understanding that these things happen, but dealer would not back us, accomodate us, and we paid for a NEW CAMPER..not one that has to be rebuilt.Best part?? They HAD to have known it was leaking, because the wood trim around the slide was warped and we had to order "new trim" as part of the purchase agreement..which never came in. Now when the campground opens back up, we have to deal with set up all over again, and not only hope that they rebuilt it correctly, but that they have actually replaced anything that got wet and pray there is no mold or mildew left. NICE!Rating breakdown
