If you are in the market for a toy hauler on a budget, we are here to help with our list of five good but cheap toy haulers for 2018.

It’s a problem we all face – budgeting money for the toys. You’ve spent a pretty good amount already with that new ATV or Side-by-Side and now want to travel around to try out some ride spots in other parts of the country. Maybe you’re a Harley guy and have a ton invested in that custom bike, but don’t want to sleep on the ground when you ride cross country? A toy hauler RV is the perfect way to go, but like we said, you’ve already got a bunch of your money tied up in the toy itself. Fear not, my friends. Here are five good but cheap toy haulers for 2018.

2018 Heartland Pioneer PI RG 22

Specs

The Pioneer RG22 may be the hottest toy hauler on the market today. Why? Because it’s loaded with features, has a good amount of garage space and can be found for a really nice price – that’s why! With a total length of 26.5 feet, the Pioneer has a whopping 14 feet of garage space, big enough for a 4-seat side-by-side or other bigger toys. It also has a full bath with tub, a kitchen with a three-burner stove and a queen bunk bed. Two fold-up sofas add space too. This toy hauler sleeps 3-4 comfortably. It carries an MSRP of only $21,200, but as you’ll see with many of these good but cheap toy haulers, you can find them at much lower prices at your local dealer.

2018 CrossRoads Zinger ZR288RR

Specs

The Zinger trailers are the flagship for the CrossRoads brand and they are packed with features that make them into a toy hauler that is not only amazingly comfortable, but also quite affordable. This RV has a 2204-pound cargo carrying capacity and has a large garage area big enough for a Side-by-Side, a couple of ATVs or snowmobiles. It has a queen bed master suite with storage, a full bath with shower and a sizable kitchen area that is contained on one side to add garage space. There are two sleeper sofas and enough room to add chairs and more. This toyhauler carries an MSRP of $25,935, but again, you can find them for MUCH less.

2018 Starcraft Autumn Ridge Outfitter 17TH

Specs

The Autumn Ridge Outfitter is perfect for someone looking for a smaller toy hauler. It has an 8.6-foot garage area that has an 85-inch exterior width. That’s big enough to haul an ATV or a couple of dirt bikes or motorcycles. This trailer also has a bath/shower, kitchen with fridge and two-burner stove and a dinette that folds out into a bed. It also has a bunk bed for sleeping and this toy hauler can sleep 5-6 people, making it perfect for an adventure. There is also an exterior shower to help you wash off if the ride gets a little muddy. This packed toyhauler carries an MSRP just under $20,000, but a little internet shopping reveals actual prices closer to $15,000. Pretty cheap for a good toy hauler.

2018 Dutchmen Coleman Lantern 300TQ

Specs

The Dutchmen Coleman Lantern is a neat toy hauler because the garage area can be closed off from the main cabin thanks to the doors between the bathroom. It has a full bath, and kitchen with a three-burner stove. There is a slide out dinette that converts to a sleeper and there is a full queen bed with storage. The rear 10-foot garage has two, fold-down sleeper sofas, too. The Lantern sleeps seven comfortably and is ready to adventure wherever you want to go. The garage has an option for a generator to go along with expanded water tanks for fully self-contained camping away from crowds and campgrounds, for those that really want to get away from it all. It carries an MSRP of just over $28,000, but rest assured that it can be found for less, making it very competitive with cheap toy haulers. If you’re looking for comfortable living on the cheap, this toy hauler is a good option.

2018 Forest River Cherokee Wolf Pup 23PACK15

Specs

The Forest River Wolf Pup 23 PACK15 is a very interesting toy hauler. Forest River knows how to make a modern-looking RV that is as comfortable as it is functional. The Wolf Pack has all of the features of a luxury travel trailer with the addition of an astounding 15-foot garage section that is big enough for all the fun toys you want to bring along on your adventures. It has a kitchen slide out and a rear dinette with the Happijack bed lift system that coverts to a sleeper for sleeping and the garage space for toy hauling. There is a master suite bedroom and a full bathroom. It comes with generator for self-containment and 100 gallons of water storage. This is a lot of toy hauler for an MSRP of around $38,000. Don’t be surprised if you find them much cheaper, too.
