The Bay Hill comes in five livable floorplans, including the 365RL we’ll be discussing here. It has a total dry weight of 11,076 lbs, dry hitch weight of 2,177 lbs and gross vehicle weight rating of 14,100 lbs. The Bay Hill has a fresh water capacity of 70 gallons, gray water tank capacity of 80 gallons and black water tank capacity of 40 gallons. Additionally, the Bay Hill has an LP capacity of 60 lbs and a cargo carrying capacity of 2,138 lbs. Finally, it has an overall length of 39’7” and a height of 13’1”.

Constructed with aluminum framing throughout, the Bay Hill is durable and protected against leaks. Like all EverGreen RVs, The Bay Hill is built with vacuum lamination in block-foam-insulated walls. This creates a strong but light fifth wheel, insulated for all four seasons. Its Level Up Automatic Leveling System has six points, which levels the Bay Hill in less than a minute, providing a stable camping experience. The 365RL’s metallic fiberglass exterior is a good reflection of its high-quality interior.

Walking into the 365RL, you’ll notice the rich wood cabinetry equipped with solid wood doors. Screwed and glued, the cabinetry is stable and durable. All hinges throughout the interior are hidden which adds to the high-quality interior design. Crown moldings are found throughout and the ceiling is outfitted with LED lighting. Film buffs can watch the large screen LED television in the living room, while bookworms can sit in front of the fireplace and read. All residential furniture is equipped with innerspring, making relaxing an easy task.

The family chef can fry food on the stainless three-burner range, equipped with a spacious oven, while cooking fumes are rushed out of the trailer thanks to the power exhaust range hood. Lazy chefs can reheat frozen dinners in the stainless steel microwave. Store food in the stainless steel double door refrigerator-freezer or keep canned goods and cereals in the No Slam kitchen drawers. Prepare food on the easy-to-wipe Corian countertops and wash veggies in the large stainless steel sink.

Some argue that an RV’s luxury is measured by the size and style of its bathroom. If that’s how you choose to measure it, then the 365RL is definitely up there. The large walk-in shower, equipped with a glass shower door, gives you plenty of space to wash, scrub and shave without worrying about creating a huge whirlpool in the bathroom. For an added bonus, there’s a hand sprayer in the tub. With a skylight over the tub, you can enjoy a hot shower without feeling too guilty about wasting energy. The large medicine cabinet allows family members to store toiletries and beauty products comfortably.

After a long day of driving or adventuring, escape with your significant other to the bedroom. With plenty of walking space, you’ll have room for morning stretches and evening crunches. The spa-inspired wardrobe doors will make you feel relaxed and pampered. Nightstands on both ends of the bed are equipped with power outlets, making it easy to charge your phones, cameras and laptops. For those who like watching movies before bed, the Bay Hill is equipped with a television in the TV jack and LCD TV bracket. Those who prefer reading before bed can utilize the bullet reading lights above the bed. Finally, when you’re ready to close your eyes, collapse on the 80” Queen-sized bed.

The utilities in the 365RL seem endless. From satellite/cable hook-ups to the AM/FM/CD/DVD Player with Bluetooth, your entertainment choices are endless. Other features include an LP quick disconnect gas grill, washer and dryer prep, smoke detectors, fire extinguisher and digital tank monitors. From safety to luxury, the 2013 Evergreen Bay Hill fifth wheel 365RL has you covered.
