If you want to throw a house party, you no longer need a house. An Open Range Mesa Ridge Travel Trailer, equipped with a party room, will do. With enough beds and floor space, you can have guests over for holiday feasts, costume dances and family reunions.
Eight floorplans are available choose from. We’ll be looking at the MR 310BHS. It has an unloaded vehicle weight rating of 8,945 lbs, hitch weight of 1,123 lbs, axle weight of 7,820 lbs, gross axle weight rating of 10,400lbs, net carrying capacity of 2,080 lbs and gross net carrying capacity of 2,555 lbs. As for measurements, the Mesa Ridge has an exterior length of 36’10”, exterior height of 140” and exterior width of 100”. The Mesa Ridge has a water heater capacity of six gallons, fresh water capacity of 50 gallons, gray water capacity of 62 gallons and wastewater capacity of 31 gallons.
The Mesa Ridge MR 310BHS is built on a steal-beam frame, which supports the aluminum floor joists and R-7 Batten insulation. Expect warm toes as the floors have R-38 Radiant Technology Insulation, topped with half an inch of plywood and covered with BeauFlor Vinyl Flooring. The underbelly is heated and enclosed, along with the dump valves. At 6’5”, the slideout features a laminated end wall and PVC roof material. It operates on an Accu-Slide Slide-out System. Up top the roof also features Radiant Technology Insulation, half an inch of plywood and Batten Insulation.

If you plan on partying, then request a party room. This extra space sleeps three comfortably but also includes a booth – the perfect spot for poker, drinks or games. If you don’t need a room with an extra table, then stick with the standard bunkroom, a perfect option for those traveling with large families or big groups. It comes with extra sleeping space, rather than a booth.
You can’t host a party without a kitchen. In the Mesa Ridge kitchen, you can store refreshments in the eight-cubic-foot refrigerator and set the food on one of four Corian countertops. One is beside the stove; one is at the kitchen island; two are on the dinette tables. The kitchen also features heavy-duty full extension guides that allow your drawers to open wide and give your hands ample room to dig for cooking essentials. All cabinetry in the space has hidden hinges and the Mesa Ridge also features True Biscuit Joint (Mortis and Tenon) cabinet door construction.
Whether you’re having a family meal or celebrating a birthday, the U-Lounge will come in handy. This long sofa, which sits beside the kitchen, acts as a comfy couch, dining area, drawer and bed. It folds up and folds out at your convenience. Above the U-Lounge is overhead storage space, where you can store living essentials. Across from the U-Lounge is an entertainment center that features a television and DVD Player. If you’re a sucker for tradition, then request a fireplace too.

A house party cannot happen without a bathroom. Luckily for you and your party guests, the Mesa Ridge MR 310BHS has a large lavatory sink that makes grooming an easy task. The bathroom also features a shower with a glass door and a linen closet. Finally, the porcelain toilet is equipped with foot flush.
If you’re hosting a party, you need to look good. Luckily, you don’t need to squeeze into the small bedroom to groom and change. The 310BHS’s bedroom is equipped with a mirrored wardrobe, storage and floor space. Unlike many of its competitors, the Mesa Ridge actually has walking room! If you request a television, you might even be able to work out to your favorite exercise videos.
