Built on a 10” I-beam frame, the CrossRoads Altitude AF-3712 is designed to make the most of your road trips. It features #” roof decking and #” tongue-and-groove floor decking. The six-gallon DSI water heater gives you the option of gas or electric with the flip of a switch. Action-packed camping trips require a quality RV that can outlast any storm, terrain and temperature. Before rolling into the dealership, the Altitude is tested against the elements in a CrossRoads’ rain booth. An inspector sits inside the RV and hits a button, triggering 67 rain heads to pour down on the Altitude. While the water pours, the inspector uses a flashlight to check for leaks. If leaks are spotted, the Altitude is sent back to the plant. This process ensures that you get a quality RV that can keep up with Mother Nature.

Keeping up with Mother Nature is not always easy, so a tough exterior is key to a comfortable road trip. Four manual stabilizer jacks come standard and the cargo area is equipped with steel frame mounted D-rings. The power awning comes with an LED light strip. To help you with docking, the Altitude also comes with an LED hitch light. If you’re loading or unloading cargo at night, you can turn on the two LED rear-loading lights. The Altitude is equipped with a storage area dedicated to your power cords. On really muddy days, you can rinse yourself off in the exterior shower while listening to your favourite jams through the exterior speakers. When you’re ready to go inside, walk up the triple entry step, which will lead you to a 30” main entry door.

When you enter, you’ll feel right at home. The living room features luxurious residential furniture that sits in perfect view of the entertainment center, which features AM/FM/CD/DVD and Bluetooth stereo. Two speakers are mounted on the wall in the living room and two are mounted in the cargo area. If you can’t live without TV, you can request a 32” LED television. Microwave a bowl of popcorn, pull down your pleated nightshades and watch your favorite movie from the couch. There is no absence of storage in the CrossRoads Altitude. There’s a large pantry, overhead cabinetry, and the super sofa slide comes with an overhead storage compartment.

The kitchen is designed to make cooking as comfortable as possible. Equipped with a large stainless steel residential sink, refrigerator, residential microwave, and three-burner cooktop range, you can prepare easy meals or extravagant three-course dinners. Drawers have stainless steel ball bearing guides and the cabinet doors have solid hardwood raised panels. For your family’s safety, the kitchen is equipped with smoke alarms and a carbon monoxide detector.
