The Crossroads Hampton is built for all your family adventures. Its construction features an enclosed underbelly, 5/8” floor decking and ¾” no-wick slide decking. The fiberglass roof is equipped with 3/8″ plywood roof decking and 16″ OC truss rafters with a 4-1/2″ crown. Rain gutters along the roofline move water away from your home, while PolarTec upgrade insulation package keeps you warm on cold nights. You are protected by a 12-year manufacturer warranty on the seamless one-piece rubber roof, proving that Crossroads believes in Hampton’s high quality construction. Electric slides are easy to operate and create a larger-than-expected interior (7’ headroom). All windows are tinted, giving you privacy when you’re inside. If you enjoy hosting outdoor barbeques, then your guests will be thankful for the outside speakers. When you’re ready to go indoors, you can rinse your feet off with the outside shower. To get inside, swing open the entry assist handle.

Hampton’s kitchen will make sure you never go hungry. Equipped with residential appliances and ample space, you’ll actually enjoy prepping meals and entertaining guests. All appliances are stainless steel, including the 18-cubic-foot refrigerator (ice maker included), oven range and microwave. The deep stainless steel sink is equipped with a pullout sprayer, making it easy to rinse veggies and wash dishes. You can store food in the residential overhead cabinets or in the pantry, and you can prep food on the kitchen island counter. With so much space, you can even ask a family member to assist you in the kitchen. When dinner’s ready, serve it at the dinette, located beside a wide panoramic window showcasing the beautiful landscape that surrounds you.

If you need a nap, you can make your way to the living room. Sprawl out on the tri-fold hide-a-bed sofa or have a seat in one of two recliners. Comfortable and stylish, Hampton’s living room is a great place to catch up with family members and spend time with guests. The living room has a modern, warm décor – the decorative accent lighting adds glamour to the space, while the two-toned wood fascia gives you a cottage feel. If you need a break from all things nature related, just turn on your HD LED TV. The entertainment package comes with a TV antenna (cable input), AM/FM/CD/DVD and exterior cable with a booster and satellite hookup.

Before you call it a night, clean yourself up in the Hampton bathroom. The bathroom is unexpectedly large, equipped with the essentials: toilet, a sink and tub. To save you time and money on the Laundromat, the bathroom even features a washer/dryer closet. You can hang your linens on the wall and store your toiletries in the medicine cabinet.

Last but not least is the bedroom. Perfect size for a couple, the bedroom has an impressive amount of storage space, allowing you to fold and hang your clothes. Storage space is ample, thanks to an overhead cabinet above the bed, dresser and large wardrobe. The king-size bed, equipped with a mattress, comes with a bedspread that matches the window treatments. To keep the air moving, you can turn on the bedroom-ceiling fan or open a window. If you have a hard time falling asleep, you can turn up your speakers and fall asleep to a calming rainforest track or your favorite rock n’ roll album.
