The 2016 Highland Ridge Mesa Ridge proves that adventure and comfort can coexist.
Nine Mesa Ridge fifth wheel floorplans are available and we decided to explore the MF337RLS because its layout optimizes comfort and space. It has an unloaded vehicle weight of 9,657 lbs, dry hitch weight of 2,320 lbs, dry axle weight of 7,337 lbs, gross axle weight rating of 10,400 lbs, gross carrying capacity of 3,063 lbs, and net carrying capacity of 2,297 lbs. For measurements, the Mesa Ridge MF337RLS has an overall exterior length of 34”, exterior height of 155”, and exterior width of 100”. For liquids, the Mesa Ridge has a water heater capacity of 10 gallons, fresh water capacity of 85 gallons, gray water capacity of 57 gallons, and wastewater capacity of 41 gallons.
Built to outlast the toughest temperatures, the Mesa Ridge comes with a mandatory Four Seasons Protection Package, which ensures that you ride comfortably in all climates and temperatures. Included in the Four Seasons Protection Package is R-38 insulation in the roof and floor, and R-9 insulation in the sidewall. Keeping the winter cold at bay, the storage area is heated, along with the enclosed underbelly and dump valves. The MF337RLS also comes with an Atwood High Performance furnace and digital thermostat. If you plan on travelling in cold climates, request the Extreme Arctic Package.
As for construction, the Mesa Ridge MF337RLS is built on a steel I-beam. A TPO under-hitch area makes hitching and unhitching easy, while the JT strong arms work to provide maximum stabilization. Mesa Ridge boasts its Acuu-Slide slideout system is easy to operate and the double insulated baggage doors are designed for cumbersome objects. The roof is made of PVC material and has plywood decking. A residential rebound carpet pad covers the BeauFlor Vinyl Flooring, adding warmth and comfort to the space.

If you’re investing in a fifth wheel, then it’s safe to say you’ll want to spend a lot of time outdoors. The Mesa Ridge let’s you enjoy nature, even when you’re too tired for a long hike. A standard 10” patio deck is a great spot to enjoy your morning coffee or gaze at stars. It also comes with a patio rail storage box, perfect for storing camping necessities and bulky items. Instead of roasting meat by a bonfire, you can grill it on the BBQ grill. You can also gather friends and family outside and watch your favorite movies on the exterior TV.
When you have enough of the wild outdoors, walk through the full-view vented entrance door and grab a seat on one of the recliners. You can place your lunch or beer on the coffee table, and kick back in front of the entertainment center, which features a flat screen television, CD/DVD Player with Bluetooth, multi-port satellite hook-up and digital TV antenna with a booster. If you want to create a romantic ambience, then request an electric fireplace. If you’re in need of a nap, then sprawl out on the sofa, which is actually a u-lounge that conveniently transforms into a bed. The entire space is lit by LED lights located in the ceiling, and decorated with crown molding and frameless windows.

The residential Mesa Ridge kitchen will help you fuel your road trips with healthy, home-cooked meals. Cabinetry in the space has Western Aspen doors and concealed hinges. You can prepare food on the easy-to-clean Corian countertops and store cutlery in the heavy-duty drawers, which come with full extension drawer guides. A large eight-cubic-foot refrigerator and 30” microwave com standard. When dinner’s ready, serve it at the wood dinette, which can comfortably seat four people. Located beside a large window, you can enjoy a beautiful view while eating a delicious dinner.
When night falls, wash up in the bathroom before getting comfortable on your bed. The bathroom is equipped with a Fantastic fan and large lavatory sink that gives you more than enough space for grooming, brushing and rinsing. The porcelain toilet comes with foot pedal flush and the bathtub is the perfect size for a hot shower.
Last but not least is the bedroom. With plenty of storage space, you won’t have to worry about where to hide your clothes and shoes. The Fantastic Fan keeps the space feeling fresh, while the windows bring in natural light. If you’re a TV addict, then you can crawl under the covers of your comfy bed and turn on the 24” bedroom TV, which comes as an option.
