The most comfortable room in the house is the cockpit. Cab seats are equipped with armrests, telescoping lumbar support and adjustable headrests. For the driver’s convenience, the seats slide, swivel and recline. Both driver and passenger have front and side airbags, along with side seat bolsters. The Travato comes with power steering (with a telescoping wheel), power mirrors, power door locks and power windows. To keep you entertained and alert, there’s a radio/GPS navigation/ rear-view monitor system, equipped with a 5” LCD colour touch screen. To prevent you from being distracted at the wheel, the monitor system is voice controlled. It also has a color rear camera, Sirius XM, Bluetooth and USB ports.

When you need a break from the road, park your Travato at a nearby parking lot, and take a short walk to the living room. Have a seat on the bench seat, located across from the dining area, and turn on the TV. The Travato is equipped with a 22” HDTV and coach stereo system that comes with an AM/FM radio, Bluetooth, and CD/DVD player. To set the mood, you can turn off your LED ceiling lights, and roll down your MCD blackout roller shades. Although small in size, the interior feels very cozy and warm. The soft vinyl ceiling warms the space, while the tinted coach windows give you privacy.

You can say goodbye to fast food pit stops because the Travato is equipped with a fully furnished kitchen. You can prepare food on the laminate countertops, and cook it on the two-burner range top with a glass cover. Store leftovers in the refrigerator/freezer. Lazy chefs can reheat leftovers in the microwave oven. After supper, put the dirty dishes in the stainless steel sink, and if you don’t feel like washing them right away, cover them up with a glass cover. To maximize storage space, a wardrobe is located right beside the refrigerator.

After supper, clean yourself up in the bathroom. Small in size and basic in amenities, the bathroom gets the job done. Features include shower with flexible showerhead, porcelain toilet, and medicine cabinet with mirror.

Last but not least is the bed. We can’t call it a bedroom, because the space is only large enough to contain a double bed, which comes with a comfortable mattress cover. For extra storage space, there is an overhead storage compartment and storage below the bed.
