SUPER POORLY BUILT!
By K & M (I am an Owner) on May 30, 2019The price is what sucked us in, the repairs and issues is what keeps us from enjoying our purchase. It was a toy hauler that was under $50,000 CAD.The overall workmanship is just pitiful. No wonder why Americans are loosing jobs to China! Even the Chinese could build a better version of this, and I hate ... "Made in China" products! We were told that these were built very quickly. Well, one can only be speedy only if they are accurate and excellent at what they do, but the people that built ours were not. Within one week of picking up our brand new trailer, the following things broke or failed: 1) first day: the key for the outside storage door broke (which we replaced ourselves the next day). This also made us have to change the lock for the shower as well. 2) second day: the water pump failed and we had to do the replacement ourselves as well. Took pictures of the before and after. The doors are horribly alighted and don't open or close properly. So we manually have to calibrate them until they are working. 3) third day: no reception for TV at all since day one. So we take apart they face plate for the coax cable and find coax coupler is attached to nothing behind it. We also find that the yellow video cable that goes from the radio DVD player to the TV is broken and had to replace that. Also, where the "night stands" are beside the bed, there were nails/staples poking our and got a very minor injury, though it did draw blood, when I turned over when sleeping. So had to remove them ourselves again. (yes, we even too pictures of the injury and the staples/nails). 4) Day four: The fold up table that is placed in the garage is very poorly constructed. Just trying the lock the legs in place caused the support to come apart from the table and so we had to remove ALL the screws from the table and use proper and better screws (yes, we too pictures of this too!). 5) Day five: So we thought we could finally get to relax today and sit on the big comfy fold out sofa in the garage area. When we did, we heard a loud cracking sound! We immediately go up to see what had caused the noise. The wall where the support for the sofa is anchored to had given way and collapsed inward. This was the final straw and we got our dealership to send out a person to at least inspect it. The ruling, the sofa, on BOTH SIDES, were not screwed into any supports. Just to the wall with nothing behind them! 6) Day eight, 11, 15, 16, 17: We are woken at night because the heater turned itself on and jest kept going until our sheets were soaked. Had to turn off the heater altogether and open the windows up. Inside was over 30 degrees! Outside was just 7 degrees! This happens for several times. So we don't use it for now as our thermostat is acting weird. We use electric heaters instead until a replacement comes. 6) Day ten: the propane gauge broke. We bought one from Costco. We are starting to not even care anymore about our trailer and just wanting to push it off a cliff... any cliff! Super huge buyer's remorse now!Rating breakdown

New model concerns
By Al Adams (I am an Owner) on Mar 08, 2019We have owned our 29THS for only a month. Camped for only 2 days. A comfortable trailer so far. The shopping experience on this new model was a real eye opener. The 11' garage would not allow me to properly tie down my motorcycle. The forward most D rings are only 8' from the ramp door. No way ... to drill floor in the front center for a chock because a holding tank is there. Found a bolt it on system that saved the day. Also, the optional 15k ducted A/C is not ducted into the separate garage/ sleeping area. Big drawback here in Florida. Dealer had to find a dual A/C unit for us $$. Also, be aware this trailer is very tongue heavy at 1200+ lbs. Tows better with load in garage.Rating breakdown
