Factory QA/ poor
By Gary Vanlier (I am an Owner) on Sep 10, 2015We picked up our new Outback in early June 2015, we did a walk thru at camping world. The items that were noticed when our coach arrived had still not bee fixed, sliding bedroom door hardware fell apart, and vent fan in kitchen motor would not work! No toilet paper was ever found, and when we got home ... with it I noticed that the rear gray tank handle was missing, so we could not use the RV until repaired, we found the cable zip tied to the discharge pipe! Camping world fixed it right away(3 Days) and we went on our first trip, still with no fan motor for the range hood! We were gone for 3 weeks and discovered a couple more problems, TV mounted crooked, and the gray tank handle that was fixed was not adjusted properly and would not close all the way so when you removed the discharge line cap you were going to get wet! Upon return we returned our RV to Camping World and they fixed everything including the range fan motor. Next trip first week of August the bedroom sealing trim came off over half of its length and when we arrived home I noticed the Batwing TV antenna was completely gone, it was apparently not fastened to the tubing that is attached to the roof, we took it back to Camping world and while the tech and I were on the roof he noticed that the whole front cap seam caulking was done so poorly that there were gaps that allowed rain to penetrate the interior. They had the coach for 7 days and we got it back without an atenna, and are now waiting for that part to arrive, and our coach will have to go back again! My question for Keystone is do you actually have anyone at the factory where our coach was built doing Quality Assurace inspections? In our case I would say absolutely not! In slightly over 70 days of ownership camping world will have had our coach almost as much as we have!Rating breakdown
