CrossRoads RV Rolls Unveils New Service and Support Program

CrossRoads RV has announced that is rolling out a new service and support program called the 12-Point Promise Program, effective immediately.

“We took a look at our current warranty process from the point of view of the dealer and the retail owner. We realized it could be improved. So we did,” says Don Emahiser, CrossRoads RV president. “The result is a genuine warranty package which allows CrossRoads dealers to provide worldclass service to their customers.”

According to CrossRoads RV, the 12-Point Promise Program provides a comprehensive platform for all aspects of owner satisfaction from delivery to maintenance to service. It will also benefit existing customers as CrossRoads dealers are better prepared to service their needs. Complete information on the 12-Point Promise will be rolled-out at the upcoming Thor Open House Sept. 18-20 at the RV Hall of Fame in Elkhart, Ind.

“We truly believe the 12-Point Promise program is a tremendous value to CrossRoads dealers,” says Emahiser. “Ultimately we want ‘the happiest owners on earth,’ and that is the end game of this new CrossRoads initiative.”
