Grand Design RV Announces $10 Million Expansion Plans

Grand Design Recreational Vehicles is proud to announce expansion plans totaling over $10 million in its infrastructure.

Grand Design RV continues to experience unprecedented growth and is expanding once again. With over 1,200 employees and production of over 40,000 units, current expansion plans totaling over $10 million include the construction of two new state-of-the-art manufacturing facilities, as well as expansions to current manufacturing plants.

“Grand Design RV has been blessed with record breaking retail orders in all GDRV brands. In order to keep up with the growing demand of our products we need to expand our north and south campuses. The addition of these new facilities, along with planned expansions, will allow us to increase our manufacturing capacity, expand our product offering and create more jobs in Elkhart County and Northern Indiana,” stated Don Clark, President and CEO of Grand Design.

Nuway Construction, a design/build general contractor, located in Goshen, Indiana was selected for the project. It is very rare to see a company grow at the incredible rate Grand Design has and we are proud to play a small role in this very special company’s accomplishments.” Target completion date for this project is spring 2018.
