Heartland RV Expanding

Heartland Recreational Vehicles LLC says it is expanding its operations and has plans to hire as many as 265 new workers by 2013.
The manufacturer plans to invest more than $2.6 million to buy and equip a 125,00 square foot manufacturing facility in Elkhart, Ind. This news comes after Heartland RV bought the remaining trademarks of the towable brands of Fleetwood Enterprises Inc. in February. Fleetwood filed for Bankruptcy in 2009.
Heartland RV, which currently employs more than 900 workers, says the new workers are necessary as it phases in new product lines.
