The Lance 850 Truck Camper is a four-season, hard-side, non-slide, wet bath camper designed for both short and long bed trucks. Although it was introduced more than a decade ago, it featured all of Lance's latest innovations and advancements at the time, giving it the opportunity to remain up to date for as long as possible.

The 850 is suitable for three-quarter-ton-sized trucks, and has features normally found on larger campers.

The 850 has an aluminum frame construction, fiberglass sidewalls with block foam insulation, and a one-piece PVC roof. The interior walls are Azdel composite construction, and the wet bath is one-piece fiberglass.

The floorplan is classic truck camper, with the bath in the rear, dinette and kitchen in the middle, and a queen-sized bed in the cabover with storage on each side.

The U-shaped dinette converts to a bed and has an overhead cabinet that opens up to become a bunk. Once open as a bunk, there is still reasonable headroom to sit at the dinette.

The galley has a double sink, five cubic foot fridge, a pantry with adjustable shelves, stainless range with three burners, stainless range hood, oven, and a microwave. The sink has a residential-style faucet and sprayer.

The cabover has a carpeted base, deluxe innerspring queen mattress, and dual reading lights. Ducted heat and privacy curtains keep things cozy, while a skylight vent keeps things airy. Cabinets abound, with front corner cabinets, hamper, and overheads.

The one-piece fiberglass wet bath has ducted heat, power roof vent, skylight, a medicine cabinet with mirror door, towel rod, and a removable clothes rod.

The exterior features a power awning with wind sensor and LED lighting, exterior shower/wash station, keyless entry, Radius Acrylic tinted Thermopane Euro windows, and an exterior propane connection.

Overall, the Lance 850 Truck Camper represents a more classic take on the truck camper, but one that still has the features to keep it contemporary, many of which are typically found on larger campers.
