Sure, they may call it “Lite,” but the 2011 Prime Time Manufacturing Lacrosse Luxury Lite Travel Trailer is pretty full featured when it comes to amenities and quality. Combining convenience, comfort and luxury – all at an affordable price – the Lacrosse is an RV that loads up on storage, residential appeal and family-friendly features that will have you longing for long weekends.

Since all families are different, the Lacrosse Luxury Lite comes in seven different floorplans that will suit your lifestyle. Right now, let’s take a closer look at the 303 RKS, one of the larger sizes of this trailer model. It measures in with an exterior length of 34’ 10”, and exterior height of 11’ 1”, an exterior width of 96” and an unloaded vehicle weight of 7,098 lbs.

Since life in the great outdoors can be tough, your RV better be, too. Good thing the folks at Prime Time Manufacturing have taken this into account and built the Lacrosse with Eternabond solid construction, laminated aluminum framed side walls, end walls and main floor, and laminated slide room walls and roof. The one-piece rubber roof features easy access low-point drain valves and fresh water drain valves, while its gel coated fiberglass exterior not only protects it from the ravages of the road and elements, but also keeps it looking its best. Other construction features include 5″ truss rafters with 3/8″ walk on decking and upgraded Oetiker water line fittings.

No matter where you’re going, the journey will be smooth, thanks to Lacrosse’s EZ Tow feature. This innovation minimizes the vertical “bouncing” effect when going over rough road surfaces, potholes, or railroad crossings. If you’re worried about levelling your trailer when you get to your destination, don’t be. The Lacrosse comes with electric stabilizer jacks that making setting it up simple. And speaking of convenience, its electric awning unfurls with the push of a button and comes complete with adjustable arms for water drainage. Another added convenience is its bus style slam baggage doors that are 1” thick and come with a keyed lock.

Making life easier and more comfortable on the road can be difficult, but the Lacrosse seems to have this area covered as well. It comes equipped with 30 lb. LP bottles with an easy access cover, a Quick Connect exterior LP connection and a 30 amp power cord. To keep your living environment at its most comfortable, it cools you down with a 13,500 BTU air conditioner and warms thing up with a 30,000 BTU high capacity gas furnace.

Other exterior features to note include a front diamond plate, marine grade outside speakers, a folding grab handle, a 30″ radius entry door, outside shower with detachable hose, electric slideouts with override, a TV antenna and radius triple entry steps.

Because you have to come inside at some point, the Lacrosse’s interior will make you feel at home. Everywhere you look, you’ll find luxurious appointments surrounding you. Making storage space look good are solid wood core cabinets in a Cherry finish that feature ball bearing full extension drawer glides. On the floor, you’ll find upgraded residential carpet with pad and Armstrong “Tough Guard” premium vinyl flooring. Large panoramic slide room windows fill the area with light, while decorative wall lights in slide out and above the entertainment center brighten things up when the sun goes down.

In the living area, sit down to watch the 26″ swivel LCD TV (with removable bracket) from the comfort of the sofa (that converts to an air mattress hide-a-bed) or on one of the swivel chairs. For meal time or game time, everyone can fit into the king-sized U-shaped dinette with Do-More folding dinette table.

Next to the living area is the kitchen, stocked with everything needed to keep you well fed while you’re “roughing it.” Cook up a storm using the 3-burner range with large oven and residential style microwave, while the large double door refrigerator ensures you won’t run out of anything important. A deep, double bowl kitchen sink and high-rise metal faucet makes preparing meals and cleaning up after simple, while a Max Storage oversized pots and pans drawer gives your more room to work your magic and still keeps them close at hand. Other kitchen features include a range hood with light, trash can storage and oil-rubbed bronze fixtures and hardware.

On the other side of the travel trailer is where you’ll find the master bedroom. You’ll fall asleep in no time on the Evergreen select foam mattress that’s covered with a quilted residential bedspread. If you feel like watching a little TV in bed, hang it from the ceiling mounted TV bracket. Other bedroom features include solid pocket doors, dual wardrobes, under bed storage with struts and heat and A/C vents.

Next up is the bathroom, with its ABS tub/shower surround, a porcelain toilet with foot flush and a large sink. Filling your morning shower with light is a skylight found over tub/shower, and the power vent fan gets rid of all unwanted steam. Other features include a wooden medicine cabinet with a mirror, Armstrong “Tough Guard” premium vinyl flooring and glass shower door.
