2015 DRV Estates 43 Cincinnati Review
If you’re looking for a luxurious home on wheels, the DRV Estates might be the one. Designed for full time living, the Estates 43 Cincinnati is built on the same solid foundation as its siblings, except it is trendier.
With seven floorplans to choose from, we’ve decided to explore the 2015 DRV Estates 43 Cincinnati. Its spacious rooms and excessive storage space make it an good choice for a residential home. It features a 15-inch custom triple box tube frame and a 101-inch wide body frame. It has a fresh water tank capacity of 100 gallons, gray water tank capacity of 75 gallons, and black water tank capacity of 50 gallons.
DRV’s Cincinnati is designed to last for years to come. The aforementioned triple box tube frame is the largest fifth wheel frame in the industry. Its design allows you to open up the storage compartment, giving you more space for your belongings. The six-jack level up system, designed by DRV, provides maximum stability. To protect itself from Mother Nature’s elements, all gear boxes are located inside the frame. Heavy-duty Goodyear tires are designed for trucks – not RVs – so DRV says they perform better and last longer. DRV has the thickest walls in the industry, providing maximum insulation, and the foam core vapour barrier helps eliminate condensation.
When you walk inside the 43 Cincinnati, you’ll feel like you walked into the show home of your dreams. The glamorous living room features hand laid vinyl wood plank flooring and a residential Rebond carpet pad. Crown moulding throughout gives your Cincinnati a residential feel, while the hardwood cabinetry adds warmth to the already classy interior. Hardwood cabinetry comes in a mocha cherry and urban glaze. Slideouts have hardwood Solid Cherry Fascia trim, and the hardwood Solid Cherry cabinet stiles are pocket-drilled and screwed. All cabinet door hinges are concealed.

The entertainment center has everything you need to keep everyone in your family entertained. Sit back in a Comfort Series recliner and play your favourite HD movie on the 46-inch television. If you prefer intellectual stimulation then read a book by the electric fireplace. If the wild outdoors inspires your creativity, then take out your paintbrushes and create a masterpiece at your desk. With lots of space and ample seating, the living room is truly a place for living with plenty room for your whole family. It is also a place for sleeping, equipped with a Comfort Series full-width sofa that converts into a bed. From top to bottom, inside out, the DRV Estates 43 Cincinnati is designed to make you feel at home.
If you want to treat your partner to a romantic dinner, you don’t need to make reservations at the most expensive restaurant in town. The gourmet kitchen is designed for whipping up fancy meals. It features a 20-cubic-foot residential, stainless steel French door refrigerator and a stainless steel convection/microwave. Of course, the kitchen comes with a sealed three-burner cooktop with hinged power countertop lift. Full extension metal drawer guides are soft-close, which means they don’t slam. The custom-made porcelain backsplash has hand laid tiles and the countertops are made of residential quartz. You can prepare food on the countertops beside the stove, while your assistant washes dishes at the kitchen island. If no one wants to wash the dishes, pile them into the stainless steel residential dishwasher. Once your meal is on the stove, keep track of time with the decorative wall clock. When you’re ready to serve, dim the LED lights and set the table. The custom hardwood dinette buffet is equipped with a pull out table and storage. When everything is set, light a few candles and surprise your partner with your gourmet dinner.

A luxurious home is nothing without a glamorous bathroom. And the DRV Estates bathroom is no exception. Leading to the bathroom are hardwood steps and a closet that comes with washer a dryer prep. DRV equipped the bathroom with heat and A/C ducting, and a MaxxAir fan. The porcelain toilet comes with a water saver spray and the large tub/shower shower is equipped with a molded seat. With a wide medicine cabinet and ample counterpace, the bathroom is a comfortable place for grooming and washing.

Last but not least is the spacious Master Suite. Before you collapse on your queen bed, which comes with an innerspring mattress and full storage underneath, put your clothes away into the custom walk-in front closet with a built in dresser. For a really nice touch, DRV lined the closet with real cedar, while the wardrobe doors are made of custom hardwood. The bedroom features its own ceiling speakers, which come in handy when you’re watching television on your 29-inch bedroom television. With two nightstands and two wardrobes, the 43 Cincinnati bedroom gives you everything you need for a peaceful evening and a tranquil sleep.
