Prime Time Manufacturing‘s Sanibel fifth wheel is smartly designed and benefits from massive amounts of storage.

With 12 floorplans to choose from, we’ve decided to explore the 3250, which has a hitch weight of 2472 lbs, unloaded vehicle weight of 12,461 lbs, and cargo carrying capacity of 2,980 lbs. For measurements, the Sanibel has an exterior length of 38’4”, exterior height of 13’1”, and exterior width of 96”. The Sanibel has a fresh water capacity of 64 gallons, gray water capacity of 90 gallons, and black water capacity of 50 gallons. This model also boasts a 10-gallon quick recovery water heater with direct spark ignition.

The Sanibel is built to keep you safe and comfortable. It features 5” truss rafters with 16” on center. It has #” walk-on roof decking and its one-piece rubber roof comes with a 12-year warranty. It has powder-coated I-beam frames and oversized pass-thru storage with what Prime Time Manufacturing calls Intelligent design. Up front, the Super Turn aerodynamic fiberglass cap is designed for smooth turns and easy rides. A 30” wide radius entrance door has a swing-out grab handle, making it easy to open and close. Other exterior features include an easy access fresh water drain valve, extra large PVC sewer hose storage, and extended drip sprouts. If the wild outdoors isn’t enough to entertain you, you’ll be happy with the exterior television, which you can watch while sitting in the shade provided by the 18-foot awning.

Comfortable living goes hand-in-hand with good lighting. Sanibel’s’ lighting will warm your space and your mood. Entry steps have safety lights with an illuminated switch, while an easy-to-reach Welcome Home light quickly brightens the way. Flush mount LED ceiling lights brighten your space and help you see how beautiful your home is. “Stay Cool” adjustable LED reading lights are located above the sofa, recliner, and bed, as well as a Stay Cool LED vanity light in the bathroom.

Prime Time has named its galley the Intelligent Kitchen. With modern appliances and luxurious design, the name is the perfect match. The stainless steel kitchen sink has an extra deep bowl and a high-arch faucet with a sprayer. Spacious cabinets are equipped with large easy-to-pull handles and the drawers have full extension drawer guides. You’ll also find a pots-n-pans drawer and 13-gallon trash can. Food can be stored in the refrigerator and pantry. When you’re done prepping food, serve dinner at the dinette, located beside an Atrium window with decorative moldings. The dinette is equipped with a laptop/cell phone charging station, and four chairs with hidden storage. Storage is also located in the overhead compartment above the three-burner range.

The Sanibel’s bathroom will make you forget that you’re living in an RV. You can store your towels in the large linen closet and wash up in the residential one-piece shower. If you’re feeling lazy, you can sit on the shower seat while lathering. The Deluxe Skyview skylight has 6’8” of headroom. Other features in the heated bathroom include a hi-rise porcelain toilet and 12V power vent fan.

When it’s time for bed, change into your pyjamas and hang your day clothes in the bedroom’s walk-in-closet, which also has shoe storage and an easy-access light switch. The extra large vanity is equipped with six large storage drawers, while the sliding wardrobe doors are easy to open and close, and made in Solid Cherry. As for the bed, it features decorative bedroom pillows and, more importantly, massive under-bed storage. With a glass entrance door, cell phone charging station and stackable washer/dryer prep, the bedroom is the best feature in this RV.

If you want to upgrade your Sanibel, you have the option of requesting some cool features. If you enjoy curling up by the fire with a good book, then request a fireplace for the living room. If you’re a neat freak, you can get a central vacuum with a 30’ hose. You can also request slide out awnings, generator prep and dual pane windows.

Comfort goes hand-in-hand with safety. That’s why the Sanibel comes with a carbon dioxide detector, smoke detector, fire extinguisher, and LP detector.
